The new Tube Facing Tool cleanly and consistently squares tube ends
and fittings in preparation for orbital welding and valve and fitting assemblies. The tool design includes a patented chip shield that directs metal chips behind the shield and keeps them from curling back inside the tube. The tool accommodates tube sizes of 1/8 inch to 2 inches (3mm to 52mm) in diameter.
Stanley Mechanics Tools is a new product line with more than
500 tools. Tools can be purchased separately to meet individual needs, or in sets ranging in size from six to 624 pieces. Stanley Mechanics Tools MaxiDrive® wrench system is incorporated into socket sets, and combination and box wrenches. The MaxiDrive wrench system enables the socket or box wrench to contact the fastener on the flats instead of the corners, eliminating fastener rounding and allowing users to generate greater torque. Ratchets are available in either standard or quick-release options to satisfy different types of applications.
The 18-volt Power-Plus™ Contractor Cordless Combination Kit features a 6 1/2" circular saw and 1/2" T-Handle Hammer-Drill packaged in a durable, impact-resistant carrying case. The 18-volt cordless 6 1/2" circular saw operates on a 2.4 amp-hour nickel cadmium battery. On a single charge, the 18-volt cordless circular saw can cut up to 145 2x4's or 106 feet of 5/8" OSB material. The cordless circular saw also includes an electric brake that stops the 6 1/2" blade in seconds. From a top speed of 3,200 rpm, the electric brake ensures fast, consistent braking action. Easily cutting 2X material at a 45 degree bevel angle, the circular saw has the capacity to bevel up to 50 degrees for cutting extreme angles. The saw also features all-metal upper and lower guards, and a rigid aircraft aluminum shoe for rigorous jobsite use. Its optimally angled soft-grip handle is comfortable to grip. The 18-volt Power-Plus Hammer-Drill features a 1/2" All-Metal
Grip-Lok™ keyless chuck. The chuck is designed to withstand jobsite misuse and abuse and its lightly knurled structure is comfortable to grip. The All-Metal chuck features a thick, clear-coat finish to prevent rusting. The tool offers 20,800 blows-per-minute and is ideal for drilling and fastening
tapcons, boring into concrete, driving decking screws and most other general drilling and fastening.
The DeWALT® 24-volt cordless system with an AC/DC converter for continuous power includes the DW004K rotary hammer, the DW006K

The SE25 cordless facing machine was designed for facing micro-fittings and tubing in preparation for orbital welding applications. The clamping
system consists of a stainless steel collect manufactured in one piece providing quick and easy set-up. The collect securely clamps on the OD of the tube insuring a consistent, burr-free prep. The facing bit covers the entire range, making any adjustment unnecessary. An incremental feed knob allows the user to measure the exact length of material to be removed. The SE25 comes complete in a carrying case with a facing bit, two batteries and a charger.
The Dynabug Vacuum model "T" orbital sander has a 1" diameter exhaust port for easy vacuum hose hook-up. One or more hose cuffs, which mount
directly to the tool's vacuum outlet are available. A variety of exhaust hoses are available that thread directly into the hose cuff for easy hook up. The tool's turbine-style air motor never needs oil and requires little maintenance. The tool operates at 8-9 SCFM and can be run by a five-horsepower air compressor. Running at 20,000 rpm, the orbital diameter of 3/32" achieves fine finishes on a variety of surfaces and is especially useful in sealer sanding. There are two central-vacuum pads to choose from. The hook-face vacuum pad, which accepts reattachable abrasive sheets and the vinyl-face vacuum pad for accepting adhesive-backed abrasive sheets.
The Shear-Action Strap Band Cutter is a pneumatic hand tool that features narrow tapered cutting jaws for easy access under tightly banded
1" wide metal strap. Eliminating the need for large shears and repetitive manual squeezing, this ergonomic metal band cutter is actuated by a simple thumb trigger and produces 2,450 lbs of cutting force. Designed especially for metal banding, the cutting jaws are constructed from D-2 steel. Requiring only 90 psi shop air, the cutter incorporates the SP-004 power pack which has a knurled handle for a sure grip and can also be fitted with a full line of specialty jaws for pin insertion, punching and other applications.

The PULSE 2000 hydraulic pulse tool line is designed to improve all-round productivity. For greater flexibility on the assembly line, the pistol
grip models have an extra air connection on top, as well as the bottom connection. Models are offered in Shut-off and Non-Shut-off versions. With two handle sizes available, PULSE 2000 is designed to suit a much wider range of operators. The unique motor design features a patented expansion chamber: as the hydraulic fluid heats, it expands into the chamber allowing the motor to run cooler and the tool to last longer. Downtime is also improved because fewer special service tools are needed, making repairs easy.
The balanced cutting action of double-edged boring tools eliminates hole
taper and runout and reduces cycling time. The positive rake geometry of Madison Tru-Lok® indexable inserts minimizes cutting pressure, resulting in straight, concentric bores and improved surface finish. Stress and pressure are equalized on both cutting edges allowing true self-centering operation. The inserts are held in place by a flush mounted, conical head screw that accurately positions and securely locks them in place. This flush profile allows more coolant to reach the cutting edge, eliminating chip packing. A fine-pitch setscrew adjusts the cutter to the exact hole diameter, eliminating time wasting "cut-and-try methods" of determining correct tool size. Indexable boring cutter inserts are available in a variety of grades and geometries to cover a range of speeds, feeds and depth of cut on many materials. A single boring bar can accommodate several cutters and, to minimize tool inventory, the cutters themselves can be adjusted to cut several bore diameters.

The GT-70 General Industrial Torch is a compact, self-contained refillable butane
powered heat source. Because it is self-igniting, with a rugged metal fuel tank, it can be held and used in any position. With high BTU output, it is perfect for applications such as shrinking and terminating heavy wall adhesive lined tubing, soldering copper tubing, as well as many industrial and automotive applications. The GT-70 features a long broad blue adjustable flame which provides temperatures up to 2500°F. This heavy duty torch has an adjustable flame lever and a safety lock which prevents unintentional ignition, as well as a removable stand for broad based support. It operates up to 30 minutes on a full tank of butane.
This durable heavy duty pipe wrench, weighing between 1 lb and 37 lbs, is monoblock constructed with forged hook and heel jaws. The tool features induction hardened contra-directional jaw teeth, tempered easy grip adjustment nuts and replaceable hook and heel jaws.
