as&c 2003/1226INDUCTIVE SENSOR
is extremely rugged

The SteelFace™ inductive sensor is designed to survive longer in environments where mechanical damage is an issue. The sensor enclosure is milled from one piece of solid stainless steel with an impact and abrasion resistant face approximately 1 mm thick. The sensor can withstand 500 psi dynamic pressure. The sensor comes in ferrous-only or non-ferrous models. A ferrous-only sensor detects ferrous metals such as steel, iron and nickel, while ignoring non-ferrous metals. Nonferrous-only detection models detect nonferrous metals such as aluminum, copper and brass objects and ignore ferrous objects. The SteelFace sensors, available in 8, 12, 18 and 30mm sizes, are particularly suited for in-die sensing and washdown applications with  pressures up to 1200 psi.

as&c 2003/1229TURBIDITY/SUSPENDED SOLIDS SENSOR
uses four-beam pulse light

The TurbiMax W is designed for optical turbidity and solids content measurement. The four-beam pulsed light technology ensures a longer life for the sensor and compensates for soiling, fouling and ageing. Its accuracy is not affected by aeration systems. The sensor body is stainless steel and there are no moving parts that can cause blocking. The measured value processing is done in the sensor resulting in low signal transmission sensitivity. Three sensor options are available for use in low to high concentration ranges from wastewater/sludge treatment, boiler feedwater monitoring, to condensate monitoring and service water monitoring.
