The Extended Distance Sensor focuses the ultrasonic turbulence created by pressure and vacuum leaks. Its unique shape and design allows detection of leaks up to 10-50 yards from their source. The unit is suitable for electrical inspections, leak detection and other airborne applications. EDS enables facility managers to detect compressed air leaks in overhead ceiling pipe work. Inspection of dry fire sprinkler systems can also be done from floor locations. Constructed of lightweight plastic, EDS provides operators with a safe, hands free tool for airborne ultrasonic inspection.
Caps'n Plugs offers a comprehensive line of standard and custom molded high temperature masks for industrial and automotive finishing processes including painting, anodizing, plating and powder coating. The line includes masking discs, tapes, caps and plugs to withstand varying temperatures. The self-adhesive, die-cut masking discs are supplied on rolls in either polyester or Kapton® material. The polyester discs, available in green or blue, are 2 mils thick with 1.5 mils silicone adhesive. The Kapton® discs are 1 mil thick with 1.5 mils silicone adhesive and come in an amber color. Masking tapes are offered in Polyester, Kapton® or Silicone. The tapes, available in a variety of widths, provide easy masking of irregular shapes. Also available are silicone, vinyl and neoprene caps and plugs in various shapes including round, tapered, washer and pull-style.

Ark-Plas metric tubing is now available in polyurethane (ester and ether based), vinyl and Vyplas®. Metric tubing is stocked in natural (clear) only, but can be manufactured in any standard tubing colors for volume orders.
