pm 2003/532POLYMER BEARINGS for many applications

The iglide® line of polymer plain bearings is available in thirteen material grades and over 3,000 sizes available from stock. Although each iglide® bearing grade addresses specific application parameters, all iglide bearings share certain characteristics. The entire line is self-lubricating, eliminating the need for maintenance. Polymer plain bearings do not corrode and command better vibration dampening characteristics than metal bearings. DryLin® linear bearings are dimensionally interchangeable with linear ball bearings. They are oil-free, self-lubricating and excel in short stroke, high frequency applications as well as in dirty, dusty environments. The igubal® line also offers a corrosion resistant, lightweight and self-lubricating line of spherical, rod end and pillow block bearings. A clevis joint and retraining pin are also available.

pm 2003/530STOCK LUBRICATION SYSTEM cuts oil use

The MicroCoat® 780 series lubrication system applies oil to stock and dies more efficiently than pads, rollers and airless sprays. Low maintenance valves use LVLP (Low Volume Low Pressure) air to evenly coat stock or dies with a fine, consistent film of oil. Lubrication can be steady or pulsed up to 300 times per minute, to meet many different application requirements. The system can be used to apply a wide range of low- to high-viscosity lubricants to blank, sheet and coil-fed stock. The compact system is simple to install and operate and includes a MicroCoat 780 valve, valve controller and 1-, 5- or 20-gallon tank.

pm 2003/531CONCRETE OIL STAIN REMOVER cleans at molecular level

Pour-N-Restore® removes oil, grease, transmission and brake fluid, antifreeze and wax stains from concrete and masonry. The cleaner's Micro-Extraction technology captures the stain at the molecular level and pulls it out to be disposed of safely. It both dissolves and captures stains by penetrating deep into masonry where it captures the staining molecules. As it dries, it transforms into an absorbent powder which is swept up after a few hours.
