The versatile P51 crimper provides 280 tons of swaging force within a compact machine. Suitable for batch lot swaging, the P51 can accommodate hose size up to 2.5" and tube up to 5" diameter. Maximum cycle speeds of 720 crimps per hour are attainable. Its simple design makes it reliable for crimping or reducing applications for either hose or tube. In addition, the unit offers a unique feature of constant centerline die movement. The die movement allows easy and precise part orientation. The P51 model is available with various options, including mechanical back gauges and foot pedal operation. The Quick Change Tool makes die set changing simple -- allowing the whole die set to be changed in one easy operation.

The N700 spring rewind hose reels have been enhanced with a non-sparking separate ratchet assembly that makes the reels safer to operate and offers better access to the pawl and pin. A sealed arbor provides protection in dirty environments and simplifies maintenance. Hannay N700 reels operate at pressures to 3000 psi and handle product temperatures from ­20°F to +225°F.

for fast repairs

Available as a liquid or putty, Devcon Flexane® Fast Cure is a 100% solids urethane compound for making quick repairs to worn or damaged conveyor belts and other rubber equipment. It bonds to rubber, metal, concrete, fiberglass, and wood and cures to a tough, medium-hard rubber with exceptional elongation and tear strength. The product is ideal for filling control/expansion joints in concrete or metal; for sealing gaskets; and for forming protective linings in equipment subject to abrasion, impact or vibration. Packaged in side-by-side, 400-ml cartridges, Flexane Fast Cure is mixed as dispensed from hand-held manual or pneumatic dispensers with static mixing nozzles. It can also be applied with a trowel or brush. It has a working time of 8 minutes, is tack-free in just 30 minutes and attains functional cure in 1.5 hours.
