The MLT-250™ sanitary pneumatic turbine vibrator is designed with extruded aluminum for the housing, stainless steel shaft and aircraft aluminum covers for strength, durability and long life in the most adverse applications. The MLT-Series has slotted mounting holes making it easy to attach while its tapped exhaust port allows the exhausting air to be piped off maintaining a clean environment. The DP1000 series is an thermocouple scanner/meter that handles all the common temperature display applications with simplicity, reliability, accuracy and ease. The digital panel meters and scanners are factory calibrated to accept the three most common thermocouples (types J, K and T). Setup and programming is jumper-free, featuring straight-forward push buttons that allow you to input any parameter from the front panel. The series has a bright, 3 1/2 digit LED display to inform you of process temperature at all times. On alarm models deviations from target temperature are easy to evaluate since the setpoint is also shown on the front panel. The GS series of AC drives are simple to program, easy to use and offer simple communications connectivity. The GS1 mini AC drive features 1/4 -- 2 hp, 115 VAC/230 VAC input and 230 VAC output, as well as 3-10 KHz carrier frequency. Four programmable digital inputs and one programmable relay output are also provided. The GS2 micro drive offers 1/2 -- 7.5 hp at 230 VAC input/output or up to 10 hp at 480 VAC input/output, six programmable digital inputs, two programmable relay outputs, and dynamic breaking. A new series of hose products is designed specifically for heavy duty air applications in the industrial, mining, forestry and construction markets. Ultrabraid hose is offered in five different construction types which vary in working pressure, oil and abrasion resistance. Oil resistance means the hose's ability to fight oil swell and abrasion resistance refers to the exterior cover of the hose and its ability to resist general wear and tear. Ultrabraid is a braided hose with good handling characteristics. On the exterior, it has a wrapped impression cover for grip and handling. Dynatrol® Systems utilize vibratory principles to provide continuous measurement at on-line process conditions. The Dynatrol® Density System consists of a density cell and digital converter. The density cell is available in a full spectrum of corrosion-resistant materials. It is both weather-tight and explosion-proof and meets the needs of broad temperature and pressure ratings. The digital converter incorporates an on-board microcontroller and liquid crystal display of the measured variable, temperature, frequency and other calibration data. Its side-loading feature allows the operator to extend the tooling and payload well beyond the reach of the arm while rotating 350 degrees around the arm. The end of arm rotating axis has up to 1130 newton-meters of end of arm moment loading. Safety features include 5:1 design factor for all structural components, pilot operated lock valve on lift cylinder and gripper cylinders prevents vertical arm movement and loss of payload if supply pressure is interrupted. The MovoZ Z2 telescopic lin ear actuator unit can be installed vertically, horizontally and upside down as a lifting column. It offers a number of features that enable it to deliver precise, smooth linear actuation and make it an ideal choice for automation and handling applications. Moeller Electric has added a CI-K range of smaller sized enclosures to the existing larger size range of CI-K enclosures. The CI-K enclosures are suitable for housing a wide range of protection and control devices such as overload relays, contactors, control relays and pushbutton switches. The full range comprises four sizes and two heights. CI-K enclosures are made from halogen-free, glass-fibre reinforced self-extinguishing polycarbonate that provides a high level of robustness and superb chemical resistance. A novel design feature is the inclusion of moulded eyelets on the top of the base and cover of the enclosure, Passing tie wraps through these eyelets effectively forms a temporary hinge for the cover allowing maintenance engineers access to the contents of the enclosure while keeping the cover firmly attached to the base. The microprocessor-controlled DC hipot tester, model 2503, features an enhanced remote control which allows for easy integration into automated applications. Utilizing remote inputs, a user can send signals for Test and Reset to run the test cycle remotely. A user is also able to monitor the instrument remotely for Pass, Fail and Processing signals outputs. In order to enhance operator safety, a remote safety interlock has also been added to the instrument. The interlock, which can be connected to a test guard station, must be closed to allow a test to start. This effectively prevents high voltage from being activated unless a safe condition is detected. The 2503 provides test voltages up to 5,000 VDC and adjustable trip currents up to 3.00 mA. Additional features include: compliance to most UL, CSA, VDE and IEC requirements, easy-to-read LED with meter memory, electronic ramp and dwell, auto shut-down of high voltage upon failure with audible buzzer and reject light, no high voltage present during setup and display voltage or leak current present during testing. A complete line of drum motor drives with internal braking improve performance in high indexing conveyor belt applications. The product line includes the RTM brake for up to 25 starts and stops per minute and a patented clutch brake (CBTM) for up to 80 starts and stops per minute. Typical high levels of conveyor drive indexing for barcode scanning, etc. are often found in a wide variety of applications, such as baggage handling, manufacturing and assembly lines, packaging operations and document/package handling and palletizing. The RTM brake motor has an expected service life of 5 million cycles. The clutch brake CBTM for internally powered drum motor drives allows the internal drum motor to run continuously and engages the pulley shell only when conveyor movement is desired. The 8 1/2 inch diameter drum motor equipped with the clutch brake eliminates the in-rush of start-up current that is a common cause of heat generation in the conveyor drive. Disengaging the clutch brake allows the motor to operate in "neutral", minimizing heat build-up. A cooler running drive is energy efficient and reduces operating costs. Allowing the motor to run continuously also extends service life. The drive motor and clutch brake components are all housed within the shell, but are separated in individual chambers.
