ANALOG LASER SENSOR The 900 high speed analog laser sensor has a response time that allows it to measure smaller objects and to speed up the process time of existing applications. The sensor offers a teach-in feature by which the desired measuring window can be freely programmed anywhere within the device's measuring range. The laser is ideal for measurement and quality control applications, which can sometimes call for a small measuring range combined with a high resolution. With the teach-in function it is possible to set for a minimum measuring range of 1,5 mm with a resolution of 5 m. HOT MELT ADHESIVE SYSTEM Spraymation's model 3910 series Thermopulse hot melt unit includes a large 10 gallon (80lb) "Melt on demand" reservoir and positive displacement DC motor driven gear pump. It can be used with up to four automatic or handgun Electromatic applicator heads and hoses. Pressure is held constant to within a ±5%, via a closed-loop electronic control system. Pressure is constantly displayed in an LED readout. The unit is an upright, free standing, space saving design and all connections are plug-in, eliminating field wiring. A Microtemp microprocessor-based temperature control with standard ten zones ensures precise temperature to a ±1 degree F and can be independently mounted and easily set by keypads. THIN FILM PRESSURE TRANSDUCER The OMEGADYNE™ PX3400 series pressure transducers are particularly useful in deep well tools, They have a narrow body diameter of 19mm and pressure ranges up to 1,400 bar. The Ultratorch Model UT-35 is an entry level, butane powered, soldering iron, heat tool and torch, suitable for a wide variety of applications including pinpoint heat, shrink tubing, solder and
desolder, removing surface mount components, spot drying, repairing vinyl, loosening bolts, etc. The unit is lightweight, completely portable, easy to handle and features a patented gas catalyst and iron plated, corrosion resistant heat tip that heats up quickly and lasts longer. An adjustable temperature control assures predictable, repeatable temperatures and quickly regulates power equivalent to a 20-60 watt electric soldering iron.
The model CT485B completely self-contained temperature/relative humidity recorder is microprocessor-based to accurately measure, indicate and record temperature and relative humidity. This rugged unit comes standard with alarms. They contain a single, integral relay contact which closes in response to an alarm condition. Simultaneous high and low alarm point for
temperature and relative humidity are user selectable. When the current conditions exceed any of the preset values, the 2 amp relay contact closes and an audible alarm sounds.
Pepperl + Fuchs' MLV14 AccuTouch sensor uses a pushbutton to instantly set its sensitivity to the optimal level. AccuTouch also offers an industry-standard housing and an incremental adjustment of excess gain for added control. Remote programming allows the MLV14 to be taught by an external device, such as a switch or controller. Other features like integrated mode selection and signal strength output offer increased versatility and control.
Rittal has extended its Command Panel (CP) range of stand and support arm systems with a height adjustable pedestal unit and height adjustable support arm. The new stand-alone pedestal unit can be adjusted between 670 and 1140mm in height and with a load capacity of 80Kg covers all possibilities. For example, where strong vibration could endanger electronic components or render them unreadable the housing can be set up separately rather than using the support arm connected to the machine. The new height adjustable support arm with a load capacity of 20Kg or 30Kg is available in two sizes adjustable to suit the type of application required. With simple movements, the support arm can be adjusted to suit tall or short operators at seated or standing workstations, while maintaining the tilted angle position of the operating
housing.

The Flexello TLCH floor locks were designed to provide a ready means of instantly securing a truck or other mobile equipment in a fixed position without raising it. The floor lock bolts to the underside of a truck with its top face exactly 200 mm above the ground to ensure optimum performance. Complete freedom of movement is restored by using the floor pedal. TLCH floor locks feature an electrostatic-sprayed black matte finish. The floor locks have a top plate measuring 152 mm x 114 mm overall with a 127 mm x 63.5 mm bolt pattern. The overall height in a free-standing position is 163.4 cm and the overall height with the pad extended is 208 cm.
EXAIR's new Reversible Drum Vac quickly converts an ordinary 30 gallon closed head drum into a powerful liquid vacuum, capable of filling the drum in one minute. With the turn of a knob, the same pump empties the drum. It is the ideal way to vacuum coolant, hydraulic oils, spills, sludge, tramp oil and waste water, then pump it back for disposal, storage or reclamation. The unit is compressed air powered and has no moving parts such as motors or impellers to clog, freeze up or wear out. An automatic safety shut-off valve prevents overfilling the drum. A built-in pressure/vacuum relief is integral to the muffling body for safe, quiet operation. There is no shock hazard since electricity is not required.

The EP3RRlV is a one component, tough epoxy system designed for potting, encapsulation and underfill applications. It will cure in 30-35 minutes at 220°F and 10-15 minutes at 300°F. It has superior electrical insulation properties. This formulation offers high physical strength properties, thermal shock and heat resistance and protection against water and chemicals. It bonds well to metals, ceramics, glass and most plastics. As a toughened system, it is able to withstand severe thermal and mechanical stresses without impairment of performance characteristics.

Super-Sens is an extremely sensitive scintillation probe for radiometric process measurements such as level & density Gamma ray applications. Due to the sensitivity of the probe as well as its radiation exposure protection, it is not necessary to replace the existing gamma source. The Super Sens provides the capability of extending the existing source life. The detector is equipped with a lead shielding which significantly reduces interference due to background and its fluctuation.
Intralox's series 400 angled roller belt eliminates jams and reduces costs in aligning and centering applications like infeeds to scanners,
palletizers, bar code readers, labelers, sorters, cameras, flap or tape inspectors, etc. The belt handles a wide range of package dimensions and characteristics: small/large, strapped or tied, fragile, etc. and reduces jams and downtime by eliminating catchpoints and crevices. It aligns and centers packages at approximately 12° from the direction of belt travel.

cally heated cabinets facilitate the heating and melting of various materials in 1 to 32 fifty-five gallon drums. Standard features include spill containment; rigid framed 1/8" welded interior with 18 gauge exterior and 3" -- 6# mineral wool insulation throughout. Options include type 304 stainless steel construction, varying levels of temperature control, various service voltages, circulating fan, vent, low profile design and outdoor service package.
Morse 611 and 620 series MORStak drum rackers eliminate "bare-fork" drum handling and makeshift upending and provide efficient drum storage and retrieval on multiple tier drum rack. They may be used to transfer drums from vertical to horizontal and back; place drums side by side with virtually zero clearance. The rackers are available in AC, DC or air-powered hydraulic lifting equipment. They handle drum with or without faucet and service and multi-tier, multi-drum fluid dispensing system.
These stainless steel hoists for processing lines are built entirely from 304 and 316 stainless steel. All exposed components including the hoist frame, load chain, hooks, gearbox castings and enclosures are built from stainless steel. The SSC Series hoists are available in standard capacities up to two metric tons and are well suited for lifting applications in wash-down, environmentally controlled and corrosive processing environments. A variety of electric and manual models are available and all units feature fully sealed gearing with oil bath lubrication. Standard hoists are furnished unpainted with a sand blasted matte finish while fully polished models with near mirror finishes are available.
Metal Welder™ II is a two-part, 10:1 methacrylate adhesive formulated for structural bonding of metal to other metals or to dissimilar substrates such as thermoplastics or composites. With a working time of 14-16 minutes, it is ideal for the assembly of signs, appliances, furniture, consumer electronics and other OEM products. Mixed as dispensed from hand-held manual or pneumatic dispensers with static mixing nozzles, it attains functional cure in 2-4 hours at room temperature. Metal Welder II requires no primers and produces permanent, load-bearing bonds that withstand service temperatures from -40° to 250°F and resist glycols, motor oil, mineral spirits and gasoline. Metal Welder II can be used in place of mechanical fasteners. It is particularly useful for bonding thin metal panels in applications where welding would produce aesthetically unacceptable dimpling or scorching.
The "Cutting Edge" of SmartMotors™ feature a cam programming feature which makes it possible to eliminate the carved out steel reciprocating motion cams. Utilizing meticulous design and testing processes the cam programming feature eliminates the impractical use of large steel rotors, while dramatically reducing the space needed to accomplish specific functions. The new process which involves integrating an encoder on the rotating part of the machine, sending the signal to the SmartMotor™ and programming the cam profile into the SmartMotor™ allows for the complex, repeating motions to be sustained. This repetitive process is accomplished and maintained without any of the typical mechanical limitations. The cam feature will also perform linear interpolation between those entries as well as between the first as the cam progresses through the
table and back to the beginning.
RFH hose features wire reinforced thermoplastic rubber construction and is manufactured without solvents, chemicals, glues or adhesives that can break down when exposed to extreme temperatures or chemicals. It has applications in air, fume, dust or wood chip removal and light material handling, including pharmaceuticals and dry food. Capable of operating over a 60°F to 325°F range, this hose has been tested to withstand over
1,000 hours and tens of thousands of cycles of repeated flexing and is offered in several different styles designed for specific applications.
The ColorCode™ series of plastic and insulated metal staples are
colour-coded to match colour-code NM cable: white for 14 gauge, yellow for 12 gauge and orange for 10 gauge. The staples simplify inventory management and help electrical inspectors review work efficiently. Plastic staples are available in a small, 1/2" size for two-conductor cable and a larger, 3/4" size for three-conductor cable. Insulated metal staples are also available in small and large. All Gardner-Bender plastic staples and a selection of metal staples are UL-- and CSA-listed and built for long service. The insulated metal staples feature heavy-duty, 12-gauge carbon steel construction.
