The
Harmonic Planetary® HPG Series is now available in size 14 with backlash level
of less than 1 arc-min which is maintained for the life of the gearhead. The
unit has a 60 mm square mounting flange and is just 85 mm long. The gearhead has
a rated torque of 110 in-lb and a maximum torque of 500 in-lb. The HPG series
gearheads are now available in gear ratios from 5 to 45:1. Applications include
automation equipment, semiconductor equipment and machine tools.
The
VIBRONET® Signalmaster 'Plug & Go' online condition monitoring system
is designed for standard applications: motor, pump, fan, simple gear
transmission. It uses OMNITREND to program measurement cycles and set
limit values. The system provides FFT spectra, time signals and envelope
measurements for in-depth diagnosis and automatic signal recording after
an alarm. Pre-mounted in a robust switching cabinet, the system is
designed for quick and easy commissioning, while being easily expandable.
The user can access the Signal Master as easily as a Homepage on the
internet. All the functions for in-depth diagnosis (Level 2) are provided
via an integrated Webserver so that, apart from a standard browser (via
JAVA plug-in) no special PC software is needed. System installation,
maintenance and measurements are performed online via the
Internet/Ethernet or Internet-Worldwide at local rates. For special
monitoring tasks, measurement functions can be added and individually
tailored. Both special and standard versions can be integrated into any
company network and accessed by several users at the same time.
The
Dynatrol® Tantalum Density Cell is virtually acid-proof. This unit is designed
especially for processing hydrochloric acids, sulfuric acids and other
aggressive acid services. The systems are rugged enough to withstand harsh
environments, yet provide continuous on-line measurement of liquids and slurries
at process conditions. Outputs can be calibrated in units of density, specific
gravity, Baume or percent concentration. The series 2000 Digital Converter
incorporates an on-board microcontroller and liquid crystal display of the
measured variable, temperature, frequency and other calibration data.
The
4, 6 and 8 inch diameter standard or stainless steel range of extractor arms are
designed to provide companies with a non-corrosive, easily adjustable means by
which to extract hazardous materials such as welding smoke, dusts,
pharmaceutical dusts, acidic or caustic chemicals. The fume arms have no
encumberances inside the arm which allows for clear and free movement of
contaminated air and eliminates the possibility of any residue build up. All of
the adjustments for the settings of the arm are easily accessed from the
outside. Units come in a variety of standard production models both with or
without fans and filters or may be customized to suit your specific application.
