The Telesteps® telescopic ladder is easy to store, easy to carry,  easy to open and easy to close. It extends length by 1 foot increments to 12 1/2 feet and features specially processed aluminum rungs for strength with rounded surface and serrated tread for safe, comfortable climbing. BGA VIDEO INSPECTION SYSTEMS

ASG's IS-1000 line of video inspection systems provides a non-destructive method of visually inspecting hidden solder joints. They can aid in the reduction of field failures, while catching defects that other tests cannot reliably detect. Three systems are available. All employ an innovative built-in LED light source, which provides high quality images of surface mounted components. For underboard components or BGA fault identification, an optional fiber optic backlight is available, which provides the ability to inspect up to eight or nine balls from the edge of a BGA. The IS-1000H system provides 130X magnification, which allows for a detailed inspection of the outermost components. The IS-1000L system has a 70X magnification, providing greater focal length for internal inspection of BGA components. The IS-1000X provides adjustable magnification from 70-140X. Resolution is 330 lines x 350 lines for all three. The IS-1000 systems can be used as an alternative to, or in conjunction with, conventional x-ray inspection systems. They allow the operation to confirm solder ball shape, micro cracking, excess flux, surface defects, abnormalities, voids, cleanliness, bridging and other soldering defects on BGA components. In addition to BGA solder evaluations, the systems are also suited for the inspection of micro BGAs, QFPs, flip chips, J-leads, stencils, solder paste and wire bonder.

The new presloped trench drain system is designed for a variety of applications both indoors and outdoors, commercial and industrial. Some applications are driveways, runways, loading docks, food plants, parking areas and city streets. The drain is made of a high strength, chemical resistant, pultruded polyester fiberglass reinforced polymer composite which is stronger than concrete. The drain is durable, resistant to many chemicals and suitable for freeze/thaw applications. It is not fire retardant. LATERAL REDUCING BALL VALVE
improves plastic piping system safety

Plast-O-Matic has introduced a patent-pending valve connection that eliminates the vulnerable area between ball valve and piping tee typically found in traditional plastic piping connections. The new design uses an adapter to connect a ball valve directly to the piping tee. The valve and adapter, called Series LMBV, becomes an integral part of the piping tee. The design is stronger and much more compact than in traditional connections so that any piping weakness is now below the valve, and the valve is still fully functional if an accident break occurs in the line. The LMBV is compatible with both socket and butt fusion type fittings for high purity piping.

The general-purpose, high-temperature LV30 series float level switch is suitable for relatively clean water, diluted chemical or petroleum-based liquids with non-coating and/or scaling characteristics. Media examples include hot deionized water and cooking oil. The dry contact closure provides a reliable switch interface with remote devices such as a PLC, SCADA or alarm. The sensor mounts vertically inside the tank on the end of a sealed pipe apparatus. The KN series capacitive level sensor detects low-dielectric, reduced moisture materials in plastics processing applications. The sensor's "set and forget" one-step pushbutton setup completely eliminates multiple sensitivity adjustments. The sensor is resistant to high levels of electrostatic discharge and its sensing face can withstand temperatures up to 100°C. The KN sensor's patented noise immune circuitry ignores interference from motor drives and switching power supplies. Sensing characteristics are optimized to detect plastic regrind and other recycled scrap plastic materials that have an extremely low dielectric constant and a large amount of air volume. The 30mm diameter sensor can be mounted to a sight glass or installed directly in the process.

The E-Z Triflex cable carrier combines two patented designs into one product and is ideal for robotic applications and other space-restricted, multiple-axis applications where maximum freedom of movement and minimum assembly time are crucial. The carrier incorporates a special crossbar design which consists of two, memory-retaining, engineered polymer pieces that allow cables and hoses to be pressed directly into the carrier without the need for any tools. The E-Z Triflex combines these two technologies into one carrier to facilitate cable assembly, inspection and maintenance. Links can be added or subtracted using a screwdriver as a lever to modify length and type of movement. Its features are particularly useful in situations where the cable package has to be modified or if the unit must be disassembled and reassembled for any  reason.
