VORTEX MEASURING SYSTEM The PROline Prowirl vortex flowmeter is suitable for most varied steam, gas and liquid applications. It is CSA IS or XP approved for Zone 0 to Zone 2 locations. The heart of the vortex meter is its patented capacitive DSC sensor. The sensor paddle projecting into the pipe is deflected by the vortices generated at the bluff body. Vibrations up to 1 g, clogging fluids, pressure shock, or even extreme fluctuations in temperature do not affect the measurement. For high-pressure applications, the sensors are equipped with secondary containment. Process temperatures from -200 to +400°C can be accommodated and interfaces to HART, PROFIBUS-PA or FF are available in some versions.

SEALING PLUGS The series UT, MT and BT sealing plugs protect unified, metric and BSP threaded ports. Each plug features a unique and integral Tight Fit™ sealing lip along with five complete threads. This design prevents contaminants from entering or fluid escaping fittings or ports without using an o-ring. All three series of these plugs can be inserted and removed by hand, with a screwdriver or a socket wrench. ROLLCOATER A special rollcoater has been designed for coating pieces of foam or other parts with water-based adhesives. The machine has a driven feedroll which can be adjusted to coat parts up to 4" thick. It is available in widths from 3" to 15". The machine can be used to apply water-based adhesives such as PVA resin cements or latex cements and can also be used to apply ultraviolet cured adhesives.

DUST COLLECTOR The ULTRA-FLOW cartridge dust collector handles all types of dusts and fumes from welding, grinding, polishing and many other finishing operations. BENCHTOP FLUID DISPENSER The Ultra™ 2800 series positive displacement fluid dispensers apply accurate, consistent amounts of 2-part epoxies and other assembly fluids that change viscosity during the dispensing process.
