These new overhead cabinets provide an excellent storage solution for items of unique size or shape that cannot be conveniently stored in modular drawers. Lista overhead cabinets are 15" deep and are available in two heights (16" and 29") and a variety of widths to suit individual storage needs. They can be wall-mounted or supported above a work surface using a stationary riser shelf. BirdShield™ is a food-grade, biodegradable bird repellent that reduces bird nesting and roosting on structures, roofs, interior or exterior walls, siding, statues, bridges, beams, etc. Liquid BirdShield dries, leaving a residue with a 'grape-like-odour. This odour irritates the birds' trigeminal system, similar to our sense of smell, yet it is environmentally friendly and harmless. BirdShield can be painted or sprayed on porous, non-porous or sealed surfaces. Its active ingredient, Methyl Anthranilate (MA), is a constituent of Concord grapes and has been used by the food and drug industry to flavour  candy, sodas, gums and drugs.

Duff Norton is introducing a ball screw actuator for load applications requiring precise, efficient linear movement. The Microgage universal alignment kit enables maintenance personnel and production teams to check and align their machine tools for improved operation and efficiency. Quick and precise measurements of machinery rail straightness, parallelism, surface flatness and other alignments are possible with this kit. The system is easy and intuitive to use and consists of a laser transmitter and a digital receiver that is connected to a handheld display. Readings appear on a large LCD display and alignment units are presented in 0.001 or 0.0001 inch increments or in millimeters. The kit includes an interface cable so that the operator can upload readings to a laptop or PC for analysis.

Bilsom is introducing several new models to meet a wide range of specialty applications. Thunder®, Leightning® and Clarity® series earmuffs can now mount directly on hard hats, or fold away for convenience. Leightning is also available with a special neckband for use when other protective gear is being worn, such as face shields or visors. The helmet earmuffs come with snap-in adapters which allow them to fit most hard hat brands and are height adjustable. The earmuffs fold down and 'snap-in' over the ears when the protection is required, then can fold up onto the back of the helmet when not needed.

Available in viscosities to accommodate a multitude of OEM applications, SC2000 series single-component epoxies bond metal, ceramics, glass, concrete and other substrates. These no-mix 100% solids formulations offer unlimited working time at room temperature, yet cure rapidly with heat. In addition to high bond strength, they provide excellent thermal stability, corrosion resistance and gap-filling properties. Its viscosity (250,000 cps at 75°F) and its thermal conductivity make it ideal for potting and encapsulating. In addition  to traditional heat curing, SC 2001 may also be induction cured (4 sec/500w). It withstands service temperatures from ­40° to 300°F.

The 4EX BTA® series brushless torque actuators feature a maximum of 35-degree rotary stroke, allowing users to easily tailor output to satisfy specific application needs. They provide low bounce for improved positional accuracy and high-speed operation. This makes them an ideal solution in applications where end-bounce is undesirable, such as high speed sorting and material handling, among others. Due to a newly patented internal design, the 4EX BTA provides high starting torque as well as high ending torque that can be a useful tool for power reduction after energizing to hold the solenoid in an energized state.
