MINIATURE ELECTRONIC ICE POINT The MCJ converts thermocouple voltages into 0°C referenced signals, for use with DMM's, voltage recorders and other electronic devices. The signals from the MCJ can be converted to temperatures, using the standard temperature-mV tables. It is compatible with any standard thermocouple connector or jack; use ordinary copper wire to connect from the MCJ to any instrumentation for precise ice point referenced readings; with the standard adaptor pins, the MCJ can be used as either a female or male connector. SIZE 11 CAPTIVE LINEAR ACTUATOR Built for long life (several million cycles), the size 11 linear actuator features engineering thermoplastics in the rotor drive nut and a stainless steel Acme lead screw. This captive hybrid linear actuator is available in a wide variety of resolutions ranging from 0.000125" (.003175mm) to 0.002" (.508mm) per step and delivers thrusts of up to 25 lbs (ll.5 Kg). It is designed with an HSI patented integral anti-rotation mechanism and is especially well suited for applications in which external anti-rotation methods would be difficult or impossible to employ. Applications requiring precise positioning and rapid motion are best suited for this motor. SPRING REWIND REEL The Hannay SCR700 industrial-duty spring rewind reel is ideal for live electric cable with large bending radii from devices such as power tools, lights, machinery and generator lines. Equipped with adjustable four-way roller assemblies, the SCR700 can be mounted in virtually any location. A heavy-duty spring motor provides self-contained rewind power, with a non-sparking ratchet assembly that locks the reel when the desired length of cable is played out. The reel houses a standard 45 amp, 3-conductor, 600 volt collector assembly with #8 gauge wiring from the collector ring to the junction box. The SCR700 accommodates 50 to 120 ft. of 14/3 to 8/3-in. live electrical cable and is equipped with a four-way roller assembly. TORQUE-CONTROLLED WRENCHES The T-series torque wrenches provide accurate and repeatable torque for light assembly. When torque limit is reached, wrenches emit an audible click. Two models are available: one with a torque range of 13-60 lbf*in; the other with a 36-108lbf*in in torque range. Calibration can be in inch or metric settings. Torques are adjusted via an internal screw. Accuracy is ±4% in the direction of calibration, from 20 to 100% of full scale. ASG will pre-set or calibrate to specific torques on request.
