A072004 ACOUSTIC LUBE ADAPTOR
connects ultrasonic detector to any grease gun

You can digitally trend lubrication needs by connecting a SDT ultrasonic detector to any standard grease gun. With an acoustic lube adaptor designed for use with the Ultrawave 170 system, lubricators can ensure against over and under greasing. AVM™ Acoustic Vibration Monitoring implements the science of high frequency fault detection to determine early breakdown in viscosity. The lube adaptor tells oilers when to stop greasing. It listens to the high frequency vibrations as the grease hits the bearing. As soon as the bearing is quiet it's time to stop greasing and take another ultrasonic measurement.

B072004 STRUCTURAL ADHESIVE
offers flexibility and toughness

Ideal for assemblies subject to stress, Flex Welder™ high-performance adhesive has been reformulated for increased toughness and even greater flexibility. This structural methacrylate adhesive fills gaps up to 3/8" and bonds plastics, composites and metals in applications involving flexing, shock or vibration. Flex Welder requires minimal surface preparation and cures rapidly at room temperature to load-bearing bonds that withstand impact, weathering, humidity and wide variations in temperature. It has a working time of 8 to 10 minutes and is recommended for bonding nylon and its alloys, modified polyesters, epoxy composites, standard plastics, and other flexible or semi-flexible substrates.

C072004 TWIN-PACK MECHANICAL/VOLUMETRIC DISPENSER
dispenses mixed materials

The I&J123-D50 twin-pack mechanical/volumetric dispenser features a pair of stepping motor-driven rams which can dispense mixed material in the micro liter range. The high accuracy and repeatability of the stepping motor ensures that the material is delivered via the static mixing nozzle without concern for the viscosity changes which may occur through mixing and temperature fluctuation. An integral Palm computer allows for easy programming of up to 100 programs and the stepping motor drive is transmitted via a flexible Hydraulic Link. The system is supplied with either a bench stand or gun handle and can be mounted on any I&J Fisnar robot.

D072004 LINEAR GUIDES
for high-speed applications

Drylin® N is a family of low-profile linear guides. Polymer gliding elements run in an anodized aluminum rail, providing for oil-free and maintenance-free operation. The guides work especially well in short-travel applications where speeds of up to 10m/sec have been achieved in actual applications, without lubrication and without scoring of the rail. Drylin® N is suitable for environments prohibiting the use of lubricated linear guides. Four sizes are available. Drylin® N is used in medical devices, test instruments, packaging machinery, custom assembly machinery and material-handling devices.
