In both single and two-stage the Nirvana compressor has fewer rotating parts. There are no motor bearings in the HPM® motor. And since the HPM motor directly drives the compressor, there are no gears, pulleys, belts, couplings or motor shaft seals to wear out, leak or need replacing. Nirvana's leak-free design uses a single-point connection between airend and separator, practically eliminating troublesome compressor piping and leak-prone connections that cause downtime and drive up operating and repair costs.

The CIRRUS energy efficient compressed air refrigeration dryers feature a DemandCycle Energy Saving System which permits storage of cold energy within the aluminum heat exchanger. The system only uses the refrigeration compressor to bring the storage of cold energy back down to a user pre-determined dew point temperature. Features also include constant supply of dry air with the benefit of stand-by savings; speedy return to dew point on air compressor start-up and no dew point fluctuations during operation. The system's efficient heat exchanger design features a single unit with integral pre-cooler/re-heater, evaporator and moisture separator. There is no interconnecting pipe work to leak and increase pressure drop. A high efficiency scroll refrigeration compressor is standard on models CRD250 -- CRD 3000. A timed solenoid or level sensing drain is selectable at time of ordering.

Donaldson Ultrafilter has extended its range of Corus HTD high inlet temperature compressed air dryers. Three models have been added, increasing capacity to 175 scfm. The new models incorporate Ultrapulse cycling control for maximum energy efficiency. HTD dryers are designed for smaller air compressors that do not incorporate an aftercooler. They can accept inlet air up to 250°F.

The Integra® 5-10 HP rotary screw compressor package combines the lubricant sump, air/lubricant separation system, mixing valve and air-end into a single integrated component. The compressor features an 66-68 dBA noise level as standard. The refrigerated air dryer mounted on an 80 gallon receiver guarantees a 38 degrees dew point for the discriminating air applications. A 3-valve block and by-pass valve is standard equipment with the dryer. All components of the Integra package are mounted on a structural steel skid measuring 32" x 83" x 76" and can easily be placed into an existing floor plan or maneuvered directly next to the location of the air demanding station. Routine maintenance is easy with a one-  piece L-shape front and side removal panel for fast access to the internal components of the unit. The Integra offers cool, clean compressed air at discharges of 100 to 175 PSIG and at flows of 15 to 41 CFM.

The Balston SMART Dryer membrane air dryers are designed for applications requiring 35°F dewpoints and flow rates up to 600 SCFM. The Balston drying system produces a guaranteed dewpoint of 35°F and removes all other compressed air contaminants down to 0.01 micron in size. The system utilizes sophisticated technology to monitor the air consumption and automatically adjusts the regenerative sweep flow as required, without the need of electricity. The 5000 series air dryers are shipped complete with prefilters, auto drains and membrane modules are assembled in a cabinet with inlet and outlet ports mounted on top for easy installation.
