AutomationDirect® has joined together with Marathon Motors to offer Marathon's performance-matched microMAX motors. Ranging from 1/4 HP to 10 HP, the microMAX motor line is offered with dual 230/460 VAC voltages and a base speed of 1800 rpm. The motors feature a constant torque speed range of 1000:1 (TENV) and 20:1 (TEFC). Other design features include linear torque characteristics, superior starting torque (up to 400%), excellent torque-to-inertia, and smooth, low-speed performance. Motor estimated life before maintenance is up to 100,000 hours.

The 30" W x 12" D x 30" H cabinet is ideal for storage of binders, small parts, and items needing quick access. The model features integrated doors with standard lock; shelves adjustable at every inch; 125 lb capacity per shelf; and overall capacity of 375 lbs., evenly distributed. The cabinet pairs well with Rousseau workstations and modular cabinets.

This small PLC with graphics and HMI -- model V120-22-T38 -- has 40 I/O capability, 128 x 64 pixel graphic display area and two RC232 or RS485 communication ports as standard. A built-in expansion port allows for up to 128 additional I/O's to be connected to the PLC. The 22 inputs and 16 outputs can be configured as either NPN or PNP devices. Two of the devices can be used as high-speed devices with 10 kHz. Frequency response. The PLC supports MODBUS protocol in Master/Slave configuration. The PLC contains real-time clock functions including time and date, and supports up to 24 PID loops within the program.
