The VI Analyzer ToolKit, a new LabVIEW add-on quickly analyzes LabVIEW VIs to identify design flaws and recommend improvements. EXAIR's Super Ion Air Knife eliminates static electricity from paper, plastics and other product surfaces where poor print quality, dust attraction, tearing or jamming are a problem. The new 9" stock length is suited to the standard widths of many common materials. It uses a small amount of compressed air to establish a uniform sheet of airflow that is filled with positive and negative ions from an electrically powered ionizing bar. The laminar airflow minimizes recombination of the ions and moves them over long distances for large area coverage. Force can be adjusted from a "blast" to a "breeze".

The open top flexible PVC (bag-type) liner is designed for open top concrete tanks. The lining does not adhere to the surface of the tank, is not affected by expansion and contraction or damaged when the concrete cracks. A new Tin Babbitt GRAPHALLOY is environmentally friendly and can be used in potable water and food applications. It has lower friction and eliminates lead in older materials. The new grade handles 300°F operating temperatures and requires no grease or oil, maintains dimensional stability under load and when submerged. Tin Babbitt GRAPHALLOY is corrosion resistant in most liquids including many acids. It does not gall when run with close tolerances against rotating metal elements. The Spraymation 3910 series Thermopulse hot melt unit includes a large 10 gallon "melt on demand" reservoir and positive displacement DC motor driven gear pump. It can be used with up to four automatic or handgun Electromatic applicator heads and hoses. Pressure is held constant to within ±5%, via a closed-loop electronic control system. Pressure is constantly displayed on an LED readout. The unit is an upright, free-standing, space saving design and all connections are plug-in, eliminating field wiring.

The AMD level winder improves winding accuracy by integrating sensor technology with a Uhing rolling ring traverse assembly. The resulting level winding system results in smooth, even spooling with no material build-up or "valleys" at the spool flanges. Sensors detect when the material being wound reaches the spool flanges and then trigger reversal of the drive head. This improves accuracy and  saves time by eliminating the need for the operator to set the end stops on the Uhing assembly.

A portable cyclonic filtration system is designed for use at any metalworking machine location to avoid hazardous environmental contamination. The ALMCO model AC1-70DE measures just 2 feet wide by 46 inches long, has a unique pumping system that removes contaminants from dirty water-based or synthetic coolants without machine shutdown. It removes particles down to 3 microns, as well as tramp oils that produce bacteria and rancidity. When the coolant is clean, the unit returns it to the machine tool for re-use.

A re-invented manual hold-down toggle clamp series features a new lean profile that offers  over twice the holding capacity in the same envelope size as previous generation models. This allows users to substitute a smaller and lighter-weight clamp. The 2002, 2007, 2010 series clamps offer multiple mounting hole patterns for additional flexibility. Clearance between the handle and the bar in the open position is greater, eliminating additional pinch points while the pivot point is substantially closer to the mounting surface for improved vertical spindle contact on the workpiece.
