A magnetic mount probe and holster have been added to the Ultraprobe 201 Grease Caddy providing additional flexibility to the lubrication monitoring process. Inspectors now have the option of mounting Grease Caddy directly on a grease gun or putting it in a holster and wearing it on their belt while noting changes in ultrasound levels as they lubricate bearings. A magnetic mount with a strong pull enables users to place the probe on practically any type of bearing housing. The probe's sensing element detects ultrasound and filters out low frequency signals allowing users to hear bearing sounds while applying lubricant.

This flameless Master Heat Gun has been designed for a number of applications including drying, activating adhesives, bending plastics, defrosting coils, stripping paint, and shrinking tubing and packaging. The SM4 Universal Tension Meter is designed to measure the frequency (Hz) of all belt types, regardless of the composition of the belts. It provides a belt-frequency reading in the range of 6 Hz to 350 Hz and also ensures consistent belt tensioning for production runs. The Axiom®Plus Motion Control System is now available in Version 2.5x. This "all-in-one" motion control system now includes an analog input and ModBus RTU. The analog input enables features such as force, velocity or position control based on the analog input voltage. Modbus RTU allows connection to a wide array of human machine interfaces (HMI) as well as the ability to connect several controllers together. The AP-57 Counter Flow Probe is an accessory to the H2000 Hydrogen Leak Detector for instances when the use of a tracer gas is necessary to locate leaks in enclosed spaces such as pneumatic cabinets, engine rooms, airplane or boats. Due to the design of the handheld probe, users can locate leaks that are out of sight or in confined spaces. Unlike a typical probe that will register a high gas content in an area as a whole to identify a leak, the AP-57 allows the operator to activate a suitable counter-flow that minimizes the effect of the background. The detector emits a very distinct signal when the tip of the probe is placed in front of the leak.

Eight different models provide output torques at 80 psi from 300 lb. inches up through 29,000 lb. inches. The 100 series offers mounting to the complete line of Ultraflo butterfly valves, as well as NAMUR standards for mounting of Ultraflo accessories. The 100 series actuators are designed primarily for pneumatic actuation up to a maximum pressure of 140 psig (10 Bar) and for temperatures ranging from ­40°C to +95°C. Ultraflo Corporation

This 12 filter bag, duplex filter has been designed for use in filtration applications where the system flow cannot be shut down for filter bag changeout. These applications include batch and continuous process in water treatment, chemical process, automotive, paint, pharmaceutical, petrochemical and electronics industries, among others. The new duplex filter is designed around two MAXILINE SE multi-bag filter housings. The two housings, 12 filter bags each, are linked with a butterfly valve control assembly that allows the system operator to switch the flow from one filter housing to the other without ever shutting off the flow. Once the flow is switched, it is now possible to change the filter bags in the out-of-service vessel. A different pressure gauge tells the operator when it's time for a bag change.
