Consequently, the filter is very easy to keep clean and has an expected life in time of as much as 5000 working hours.

The MAGNA SOURCE mobile filtration unit filters most dusts found in the workplace and its efficient cartridge allows the unit to filter any type of welding fumes, regardless of the material. Made entirely of 11-gauge steel, the MS2000 is sturdy and powerful. With its downdraft design and cellulose cartridge, this unit filters particles as small as 0.5 micron. The cartridge is easy to access and easy to clean, or can simply be replaced if necessary. Equipped with the CPI capture arm, the mobile MS2000 captures dust directly above the source. The arm is fully articulated and easy to position. The unit is also equipped with a differential pressure gauge that indicates the condition of the filter during operation.

Kraemer Tool offers a downdraft table, model Pulse 4000, with four filter cartridges and a 3 HP motor and blower assembly providing 3500 CFM. Cleaning action is started with a push-button on the side of the table. A compressed air blast cleans the filters dropping the dust into two collection drawers.

The IAQ logger is user configurable using TrendReader software and can be easily exported to Excel for further data manipulation. It can store over 32,000 readings at user selectable intervals. Additional features include real time display, graphical  and tabular reports and it records up to 38 days of data at five minute intervals.

The Aget DustKop SN series cyclone dust collector system delivers high efficiency for eliminating dust generated by metalworking processes such as grinding, buffing and polishing, machining, as well as woodworking operations. Equipped with top mounted motors and fans, these units pull contaminated air into the cyclone where centrifugal action of the high velocity air stream precipitates dust out through the bottom, discharging it into a drum or other suitable container. Cleaned air is released through upper side opening, and passed through a second stage after-filter unit, where 'fines' are removed by permanent fabric filter tubes. A motorized shaker unit keeps the fabric filters free of dust particle build-up. The DustKop utilizes no cartridge filters or  replacement media of any kind.
