Swagelok® electric and steam traced pre-insulated bundled tubing provides process fluid freezer protection and temperature maintenance in a variety of analytical and process instrumentation applications including impulse, process and sampling lines. A variety of configurations with multiple process tubes and either electric or steam tracers are available. The tubing bundle is insulated with non-wicking, fibrous glass insulation and covered with a tough PVC or urethane jacket. This pre-engineered bundle can be installed more quickly and can provide more consistent thermal performance than field traced and insulated systems.

The Rexroth Clean Line CL03 pneumatic valve manifold system features a hygienic design, the ability to withstand aggressive detergents and chemicals and a high protection class, plus a high degree of modularity and flexibility essential in the food processing and packaging industry. The CL03 consists of individual sub-bases. Because each sub-base has its own internal wiring, the system can be expanded up to 16 valves in single valve increments. Since each valve can be individually supplied with two different pressures, one valve system can handle up to 32 different pressures, enabling optimal pressure to be used for each actuator.

The G306 operator interface panel features a 5.7" 256-colour QVGA Ultra-SYN LCD display with 320 x 240 pixel resolution and a five button keypad for on-screen menus. Parker Instrumentation is adding a 25mm version to its high-performance HI Pro instrumentation ball valve family. The 3820 series process controller comes with a NEMA 4X front with a rugged aluminum housing. The 1/8 DIN controller has a selectable alternating function for pump-up or pump-down applications. A standard feature is the ON-Delay for the second pump after a power failure condition offering a power savings. The unit can retransmit a wide range of analog signals to multiple devices allowing multiple devices to connect directly to the controller. The controller offers a 30-point linearization for the very non-linear signals, increased accuracy for horizontal tank applications and offers a linear analog retransmis sion.

BEX® JPL air atomizing spray nozzles use compressed gas or air to produce an accurately controlled liquid dispersion in applications where a conventional liquid spray nozzle would not be suitable. Such applications include coating processes, humidification, cooling, air pollution control, lubrication, curing and chemical dispersion. A standard assembly consists of seven components that fit together to produce an atomized spray pattern. Two of these components, the "JP" air cap and the "JL" liquid nozzle, determine spray pattern and liquid/air flow rates. Isopad brand heated hoses for standard extrusion and plastic extrusion machinery have the ability to fit most types of equipment. Particularly resistant to moisture and oil, Isopad hoses are available with quick-disconnect fittings that allow the hose to be easily disengaged from the plastic extrusion process. When connecting devices that may be moved intermittently, these heated hoses provide a flexible way to link two apparatus together where a rigid line is impossible or impractical.

This new line of D03 size proportional control valves with on-board electronics come pre-programmed from the factory or can be programmed from a laptop computer or flash card equipped Personal Digital Assistant. There's no need to connect complex jumpers, or tweak imprecise potentiometers. A single Windows-based screen lets the user quickly and accurately set all programmable functions such as null, gain, ramp-up/ramp down dither, input signal, and automatically calibrate the valve. The VED03M proportional control valves can be ordered in five flow metering configurations, three spool centered conditions and six flow rates.

IDC's new M-1075 CALVAL-03 and -44 production-line leak testers feature a new electronic technology for self-calibration and system validation. They eliminate the need to manually check and adjust instrument zero and span, or to manually verify flow measurement through the instrument and/or the entire test system. Both new models perform these functions either on demand or automatically at user-programmed intervals, even while testing is in progress. The volume of the leak testing circuit remains exactly the same when calibrating as when measuring test parts for leaks. Calibration is NIST-traceable to less than 5% R&R, with calibration accuracy traceable to a 0.2% primary standard.
