The easy-to-use DASYLab software helps  you solve complex data acquisition and control scenarios easily and quickly by working with a flowchart directly on the screen. Module icons are placed on the screen and connected with wires in a schematic diagram which represents the flow of data through the system. Each icon represents an input, operation or output function. Real-time acquisition rates of up to 800KHz and on-line display of up to 300KHz can be achieved. The actual rates depend on the data acquisition board and hardware used.

The UL certified model PH-1300 Proheat™ heat gun features separate, easy-to-use, controls for temperatures from 54°C to 482°C and airflow from 1425 to 3550 FPM. Its electronic circuitry, with closed loop feedback system, maintains constant temperature at all airflow settings while using any of five attachments available. The heat gun is compact, lightweight, and ergonomically designed for balance and grip with convenient, top mounted, dial-in controls for easy temperature and airflow adjustment. The Bobcat® S205 skid-steer loader is just 66 in. wide, with a 2050-lb. rated operating capacity. It features a 118.2-in. lift height which provides excellent lift height and reach for truck loading. The S205 offers 16.3-gpm auxiliary hydraulic flow and is powered by a turbo-charged, liquid-cooled, 61-hp diesel engine. More than 50 different attachments are available for the model.

Seco has announced a solid PCBN grade for finish machining of hardened steels. The Secomax™ CBN 100 indexable inserts, as well as grade CBN300 for cast irons, are the only solid PCBN inserts with a pin lock hole. The inserts can be used with standard M, P and D style tool holders. For applications such as finishing of hardened steels, CBN100 with a pin lock hole is available in W and T style insert geometries. Both styles are also available in combination with a wiper cutting edge. For applications such as grey cast iron, CBN300 with pin lock hole is available in D, S, V and W style insert geometries.

The small size of DCM8028 and DCM8055 Micro Stepping Chopper Drives allows designers to use them in limited space and the drives are also easily integrated with other electronic systems. They are suitable for driving 2-phase step motors. The drives feature mixed decay current control for less motor heating, automatic idle-current reduction and micro step resolutions from 1/2 step to 1/256. There are fourteen micro step resolutions selectable in decimal and binary. The output current levels and micro step resolutions are easily set via the 8 bit DIP switch. The drives are suitable for 4, 6, and 8 lead motors.

The Sentry SR laser-based continuous level monitor is designed for industrial level measurement applications of up to 25 meters in range. It comes complete with an explosion-proof enclosure citing CSA, FM, CE and ATEX approvals. The Sentry is available in two models: the DV intended for dusty solid applications where reliable readings are required even in harsh conditions and the CP designed for use in clear path applications in which high accuracy  is required. The level monitor is completely non-intrusive, utilizing a flange-mounted sight glass arrangement to remain totally isolated from sensitive processes.

Two new Masterflex® I/P® process drives -- 77410-10 and 77411-00 -- feature reversible brushless motors that are maintenance-free and continuous duty-rated. Drive housings on each is aluminum and steel, sealed and coated with chip-resistant epoxy for corrosion resistance; IP-55 rated. Speed control is precise and repeatable with LED display of percent speed from 5 to 100% with 1% resolution. Drive model 77411-00 offers analog remote input/output for flexible control and easy process integration. Control pump speed via 4- to 20-mA or 0- to 10-V input signal; outputs include a "pump ready" signal and 4- to 20-mA speed indication.

These epoxy and epoxide formulations mix and pour easily, fill voids completely and cure with minimal air entrapment. They provide exceptional environmental and impact resistance. Syon Tru-Bond® 206A conductive adhesive solder is a pourable liquid for bonding electrical components that could be damaged by hot solder. Tru-Bond 214 adhesive is a silver-filled, nonsagging epoxy paste for applications where a conductive bond is required and where hot soldering is impractical. Tru-Bond 215 copper-filled epoxy adhesive is both electrically and thermally conductive.

An aqueous parts washer with a 9-inch-wide flat wire belt permits precision cleaning of large metal parts and large batches of smaller parts. The model PWRB9-36EU features a compact U-bend design that allows a single operator to load and unload parts from one location. Made entirely of stainless steel, the washer has rinse and blow-off capabilities and is modular in design to permit adding washing or drying stages as required by the individual user. The unit's wide belt carries individual parts or batches through the system from beginning to end. Heated cleaning solution is sprayed from multiple adjustable nozzles at the top, bottom and sides of the 36-inch long cleaning chamber.
