ANALOG INDUCTIVE PROXIMITY SENSOR
is high precision, dual programmable

The IWRM 12Z8704/S14C analog inductive proximity sensor features independently programmable digital and analog outputs. This completely self-contained unit delivers highly precise non-contact proximity, position and distance sensing for metal objects and is capable of identifying two different metal substrates in the same application. The sensor features digital output with two selectable trigger points, and may be used for sorting metal objects, concentricity or shape sensing, assessing wear measurement and circularity, and thickness measurement. IP67 approved, the unit features an operating range of 0 to 4 mm, and a resolution of 0.005mm with a deviation of just 0.05V for consistent output. The sensor's supply voltage range is 10 to 30 VDC and response time is <2.5ms.

ADHESIVES
bond to glass and metal

Multi-CureŽ 605 series adhesives for glass, and glass to metal assembly, exhibit a wide range of high performance properties including excellent tensile shear, high clarity, and exceptional peel and impact strength. Multi-Cure 605 glass bonders are ideal for automotive glass and fixture assembly, and for bonding trophies, glass furniture, lighting, stemware, crystal figurines, architectural glass, glass art and novelties. Key characteristics include invisible bonds, high adhesion, toughness and durability as well as resistance to moisture and thermal cycling. They form acceptable bonds where irregular surfaces cause less than perfect fit. The adhesives can fill irregularities in bonded joints and cure through a thickness of 1/4" in seconds to create strong bonds and seals.
