SEALANT increases productivity A patented reactive hot-melt silicone, HM-2500 Assembly Sealant provides as much immediate adhesion as doubled-sided pressure sensitive adhesive tape, then cures to a flexible, weather resistant silicone seal with durability and ultraviolet resistance. It provides immediate hold so parts can be moved from one processing step to the next without delays. HM-2500 provides long-lasting adhesion to PVC, aluminum, painted and treated wood, high-performance paints, plastics and various substrates. The moisture curing, 100% silicone is optimized for use with automated dispensing equipment which creates a uniform seal for part-to-part consistency and minimizes sealant waste and cleanup. | CURING EPOXY has high peel strength Highly flexible two part epoxy EP21TDC-4 has been developed for bonding, sealing and coating applications. It is formulated to cure at ambient temperatures or more quickly at elevated temperatures. It has a high peel strength of >30 pli and an elongation of over 300%. Bonds have excellent resistance to vibration, impact and shock. The epoxy is 100% reactive and no solvents or diluents are emitted during cure. It is particularly recommended for adhesion to natural rubber, neoprene, nitride and SBR rubber compounds without time consuming surface preparation procedures. Master Bond Inc.

| METAL
ADHESIVE has new formula Devcon's Metal Welder™ adhesive has been reformulated to provide a longer working time (5-6 minutes at 72°F). The new formulation is a non-sagging 10:1 methacrylate with a mixed viscosity of 55,000 cps and tiny glass beads throughout the activator which optimize adhesion by ensuring a consistent gap of 20 mils between bonded surfaces. Designed to bond bare, painted, plated, or galvanized metals to each other or to thermoplastic or composite assemblies, Metal Welder requires no primers and minimal surface preparation. It produces high-strength, durable bonds with superior impact and peel resistance. Devcon
