Molykote® HP-300 and HP-500 ultra-high performance specialty greases are designed to lubricate bearings, gears, chains and sliding mechanisms in harsh conditions such as corrosives, solvents, liquefied nitrogen, liquified natural gas, high loads and high temperatures. Composed of perfluoro polyether, a highly chemically stable synthetic oil, the greases are exceptionally stable in the presence of chemicals and insoluble in solvents and oils, with the exception of fluorinated solvents. They have a wide temperature range of ­65° to 250°C. Due to their chemically inert base, they have virtually no effect on plastics and rubbers. They are also NSF-H1 approved as nonfood compounds.

The new ISOCLEAN™ Automatic Lubricators are single point automatic lubricant dispensers used in a variety of applications, such as lubrication of bearings, fans, electric motors, chains, slides and guide-ways. They provide a precise and controlled supply of lubricant to lubrication points. Available in different types and sizes for a wide range of lubrication intervals, they can be filled with oil or grease. The two electromechanical ISOCLEAN™ automatic lubricators are motorized units -- both battery operated and machine controlled. These consist of a reusable drive motor and a replaceable lubrication canister. Each unit can be set for different discharge periods from one to 12 months, or may be dipswitch adjustable every 100 hours of machine use. They are temperature independent, with volumes of 60, 120 and 250cc and operating temperatures ranging from 14 to 122°F.

These two durable and reliable Loctite® brand Pail Pump Dispensing lines are designed for low viscosity, self leveling fluids and higher viscosity, non-flowable pastes. The fluid pumps systems are for materials packaged in 5 to 55 gallon containers and are typically integrated into a complete dispensing system for a single component product or used as a feed system for plural component products. For self-leveling fluids, the Low Viscosity Fluid Pumps are totally pneumatic and deliver various output volumes determined by the pump ratio and input pressure. The High Viscosity Pump Systems are fully assembled systems consisting of an air motor, pump tube and pressure ram.

Henkel Loctite Corporation

The Justice Brothers Heavy Duty Industry lubricant additive uses JB Metal Conditioner® technology to reduce metal-on-metal wear and overall bearing temperatures. It also helps protect metal from salts and alkali and is excellent for "hot spot" lubrication challenges. Also available are extreme-pressure lubrication additives, water-based cooling system additives, lubrication system cleaning products and low-viscosity spray lubricants.

Justice Brothers

A Lubriguard off-line filter cart is equipped with suction hoses and wands to easily allow for the transfer of new oils from drums or bulk totes into fluid reservoirs. They can also be utilized for a variety of maintenance tasks, including transferring oil from bulk storage tanks into large reservoirs, oil fills and topping up of systems with new oil, removal of oil contamination from systems while in operation, clean-up of the system lubricant after a failure, the temporary transfer of lubricants during servicing, and for flushing hoses and new components prior to installation or use. Lubriguard off-line filter carts use two or more filters. The first stage filter captures larger particles, while the second stage filter captures finer particles.
