The CNC Strato CMM is available with probing options including touch probe, vision probe, indexing head and probe auto-changer. It is a vision machine and full-function CMM built to be run on the plant floor. It features real-time temperature compensation of both CMM and work piece. Digital servo technology delivers 16.93"/sec. traverse speed and 0.17G acceleration for quick measuring cycles. There are four models in the Strato family with measuring ranges from 28" x 28" x 24" up to 36" x 64" x 24". The Quick Vision Probe (QVP) is designed as an accessory for new manual and CNC measuring machines, offering full-featured, non-contact measurement. Now the CMM can measure features like small holes, soft rubber or plastic parts and even lines on flat surfaces that touch probes cannot. The QVP can also be retrofit to existing CMMs.

Ruland has extended its beam couplings and Oldham couplings line to include miniature sizes suitable for micro component applications. Beam couplings are offered as standard parts in twenty different body sizes with outside diameters as small as 9 mm and bores as small as 3 mm. Oldham couplings are offered in seven sizes of set screw or clamp style hubs with outside diameters starting at 13mm and bores starting at 3 mm. Common applications include medical devices, test and measurement instruments, inspection equipment, small encoders, stepper motors and tachometers.

The series 188 -- Micro 10 poppet solenoid valve is a 3-way, 10mm wide, low power (1 Watt) solenoid valve used to control air or inert gases in fluid power or fluid control applications. It is available in both in-line and manifold mount versions. A manual operator for testing and an LED to indicate electrical operation are standard. Because of its compact low power design, the series 188 is ideal for many medical & analytical applications such as oxygen concentrators/conservers, ventilators, clinical diagnostic instrumentation, and chromatography equipment. The series is also ideal for many industrial applications to control small cylinders and actuators.

ASCO

The Hannay NSCR700 cable reel features a compact design with a sturdy, narrow frame for use with live electrical wire. It can be mounted in confined spaces and is ideal for use with power tools, lights, machinery and generators. A heavy-duty spring motor provides self-contained rewind power, with a non-sparking ratchet assembly that locks the reel when the desired length of cable is played out. The NSCR700 houses a standard 45 amp, 3-conductor, 600 volt collector assembly with #8 gauge wiring from the collector ring to the junction box. It accommodates 50 to 120 ft. of 14/3 to 8/3 AWG live electrical cable and is equipped with a four-way roller assembly. A cable stop is also available to prevent roller and connector damage and permit the adjustment of free cable length.
