A new family of Compact FieldPoint controllers offers increased speed, memory and temperature range. The CFP-2100 controllers include a 200 MHz Pentium-class Vega processor that when combined with new SDRAM memory is more than three times faster than previous controllers. The memory is increased from 16/32 MB RAM to 64/128 MB RAM and a larger industrial-grade temperature range is increased from ­25°C to 60°C to ­40°C to 70°C. SDRAM memory facilitates simultaneous data transfer to the CPU while another set of data is being prepared for transfer. The controllers deliver additional features including an internal temperature sensor, serial console redirect and new, faster LabVIEW VIs.

The Dematic C-L 100* line of package conveyors has been engineered to reduce installation time, allow operators to change operating parameters from a central control station and monitor components to plan maintenance activity before premature parts failure. Its design includes extruded aluminum side channels which are pre-wired with power and communications buses at the factory. Conveyor modules plug together in the field for fast, easy installation. All conveyor components, controls and software are standardized to reduce spare parts inventories, streamline maintenance and virtually eliminate the need for custom programming.

CAG Purification

New threaded dent pins are solid alignment pins with a ground shank and a threaded end for a knob handle. Locking balls hold the pin in place by spring force. Simply push to insert and pull to remove. The threaded end of the pin accepts virtually any type of knob handle. Knob handles can be permanently secured with thread-locking adhesive if desired. Threaded detent pins are available in stainless steel only, and have standard shank diameters from 3/16 to 1/2", each in a choice of many standard grip lengths.
