The QuickTrak® Linear Guide with DualVee Motion Technology® is an off-the-shelf solution that reduces design and installation costs by easily integrating into machine configurations. The new belt or screw driven QuickTrak systems are suitable for light industry use in laboratory, medical and packaging applications where precision guided motion and corrosion resistance are critical. High speed DualVee technology provides long length, antifriction movement and reduced noise and vibration. The model 2600 series label printer-applicator offers a selection of thermal/thermal-transfer print engines. The units print 203- or 300-dpi text bar codes and graphic images at speeds up to 12" per second, and will dispense labels up to 4.5" wide and 6" in length. Labels are printed in a next-out mode, and then immediately are applied to cartons or products on the production or packaging line. Utilizing the tamp-blow method of application, a printed pressure-sensitive label is peeled from its liner and is retained by vacuum on the applicator's tamp pad. The pad is extended and the label is blown on to the surface from approximately 0.25".

They are variable speed, slow turning, will move air in a range from 38,000 Cfm to 233,000 Cfm with an effective diameter from 40 feet up to 160 feet depending on fan size. Matthews I-Mark™ V80 and V80i controllers for marking systems provide individual control over the printing attributes of multiple printheads. One controller can drive as many as 8 printheads, each producing different size, font or type of ink-jet marking. While the I-Mark V80 is intended for an application end user (complete with Windows-based touch screen), the V80i was designed for OEMs or those users building their own integrated systems. It is available either as a raw controller board, with or without enclosure, or as a complete standalone system with Windows CE touch-screen interface, keyboard, enclosure and other options. The V80i provides a broad range of connectivity options between Matthews own Drop-on-Demand™ printheads and many other devices, such as PCs. A setup utility kit with graphics-oriented user interface is optionally available.

The box-weigh-label solution provides an easy-to-use operator interface and is designed for use in the harshest of manufacturing environments. It provides various weighing methods, such as fill empty box, label full box, fill to target and free weighing. The system comes with easy-to-use computer based configuration tools that make initial setup and ongoing administration of the system effortless and quick. Flexibility in design allows for user configuration of operator based prompts as business requirements change - no need for software program changes. The system design is client-server and data flows through a standard Ethernet connection.
