The 410/412 series large diameter, resilient seated butterfly valves feature a bi-directional bubble tight shut-off pressure rating of 150 psi, high Cv ratings, full isolation of body parts from line media, heavy duty construction, reliability and long service life. The 420 model, a wafer style body, is available in sizes 24"-36". The 412 model, a double flanged style body, is available in sizes 24"-48". The Bi20R-Q14-LU ring style and the Wi70-M18-LIU5 probe style sensors are specified with a repeatability of less than 0.5 percent and linearity of 3 percent. The Bi20R-Q14-LU is a 3-wire, 15-30 VDC sensor with a 0-10V output in a ring style housing with a 20 millimeter diameter hole. This sensor is ideal for the identification and sorting of small parts (such as screws), as the sensor generates a different output signal for each size part. Position control applications are easily resolved by means of a cone shaped target, as well as the detection or measurement of tools (such as drill bits). The Wi70-M18-LIU5 is a 4-wire, 15-30 VDC analog sensor with either a 0-10 V or 4-20 mA output. It can detect all metals and can be used in a variety of areas, such as the positioning of metal parts as they move over the length of the probe.

The model DV509 diaphragm valve is a lightweight valve designed to dispense low to medium viscosity fluids with the advantage of keeping the wetted parts separated from the operating air supply. This is particularly helpful in dispensing cyanoacrylates, reagents, UV adhesives and aggressive substances. Diaphragm valves with stainless steel and UHMW bodies are also available. Micro shot sizes are fine tuned using the valve adjustment control. The valve design provides precise control and positive shut-off. The JB1113 air-controlled dispenser improves output and speeds up production, resulting in higher yields and fewer rejects. The compact, foot-pedal-operated system includes a timer for accurate deposits from 0.01 seconds through 30 seconds and a "snuff-back" control to assist in the prevention of fluid drooling after a dispense cycle. Pressure can be automatically regulated and dispensing can be either timed or applied continuously. The unit is suitable for use with watery liquids and heavy grease materials. Operation is simple, requiring only a standard 80 psi air input and simple "plug-in-the-wall" connection. An accessory kit is included.

I&J Fisnar Inc.

This new slide pivot clamp is particularly suited for clamping on machines when high clamping forces are required with reduced space availability. Double acting, this high efficiency clamp allows workpieces to be inserted from above without any impediments, since the clamping lever can be moved into small recesses. The piston force is transferred by 180 degrees by the clamping lever and is available as clamping force with virtually no loss of efficiency. Available in three sizes, this clamp has a maximum operating pressure of 7500 psi.
