MICRO AIR NOZZLE EXAIR's new Micro Air Nozzle™ is the smallest available, providing precision blowoff with a directed high volume, high velocity airflow. The air nozzle projects less than one inch past the mounting surface which permits installation where space is limited. The durable stainless steel construction is ideally suited for blowoff, cooling and drying applications located in general industrial, high temperature, food, pharmaceutical or corrosive environments. The nozzle has been engineered to provide a narrowly focused air pattern that measures only 1.25" in diameter when positioned 6" away from the target surface.

ELECTRIC COLUMN LIFT MANIPULATORS handle close tolerance work positioning requirements The heavy-duty model ECL series electric column lift manipulator has a load capacity of up to 500 lbs. It is designed as a fine-height lifting system with 270° articulating arms plus end effectors for handling close tolerance work positioning requirements. The new series features an electric-powered chain/sprocket drive that provides lifting and lowering while the end-of-arm controls provide three-speed vertical height adjustment. The unique design allows smooth, continuous movement throughout the work area. Horizontal movement is not restricted by vertical supports, cables or vacuum hoses. This permits the arm to maintain the attitude of the load for reach-in or reach-under applications. Unidex, Inc. |

PHOTOELECTRIC SENSORS The OG 90 photoelectric sensors have a right angle lens for limited mounting space. The OG 90 features an 18mm stainless steel housing offering low profile mounting that can be installed in as little as 28mm of space. The sensors offer pre-set fixed sensing ranges eliminating additional programming and setup. Using red light technology, the OG 90 operates with a visible red beam to facilitate sensing alignment during installation. Models are available in thru-beam and polarized retro-reflective, as well as background suppression for applications where shiny metals or bright white backgrounds must be ignored. ifm efector inc.

STROKE RATE CONTROLLER for accurate fluid metering The V300 stroke rate controller provides precision control of all FMI V-series variable speed metering pumps. It is designed for accurate fluid metering in laboratory, R&D, test stands, pilot plants, process and production applications. Front panel membrane switches offer convenient manual setting of pump stroke rates adjustable in 0.1% increments. Stroke rate can also be controlled electronically through an interface which can accept 4-20mA, 0-5 VDC, and 0-10 VDC input signals typically provided by process sensors and instrumentation. A 3 1/2 digit LCD readout displays either the percentage of flow rate in the manual position or the actual percentage of selected input signal when controlled electronically. Fluid Metering, Inc.
