The Keyence LS-7010 optical micrometer system provides a resolution of 0.01um with a repeatability of ±0.06 um. It samples targets at a rate of 2400 samples/sec. The new LS system does not use motors or rotating prism mechanisms that conventional laser scanning micrometers use. The Keyence unit incorporates a high intensity, low noise GaN LED light source to produce a continuous 6 mm wide beam with no gaps in target due to beam scanning. Combined with a HL-CCD (High-Speed Linear CCD), it offers a significant increase in measurement speed and accuracy. The micrometers are also available with beam widths of 30, 40, 60 and 120 mm.

The 900 laser distance sensor's response time allows the sensor to measure smaller objects and to speed up the process time of existing applications. The sensor offers a teach-in feature by which the desired measuring window can be freely programmed anywhere within the device's measuring range. The laser is ideal for measurement and quality control applications, which can sometimes call for a small measuring range combined with high resolution. With the teach-in function, it is possible to set for a minimum measuring range of 1,5mm with a resolution of 5m. The analog output provides a complete 4-20 mA/00-10V signal over the programmed measuring range.

The Model BG-3 with TDAC (Transient Dilution Airflow Control) system is a particulate partial flow sampling system (PPFSS) that provides accurate, repeatable particulate matter (PM) measurements for transient and steady-state engine and vehicle testing. Type 303 stainless steel, with its passivate surface finish, resists water and many commercial grade chemicals, such as chlorine and some acids. The ModelMaker Z series laser scanner offers better portability and accuracy in inspection and reverse engineering performance. It can be powered by a battery for up to 2 h  ours of remote operation and can also be controlled by a laptop computer for a fully portable system. Enhanced sensor performance enables the sensor to finely tune its sensitivity on-the-fly, based on real-time feedback providing a noticeable reduction in erroneous data.
