Adalet increased safety enclosures with intrinsically safe terminals are intended for electrical connections within a properly designed intrinsically safe system. These enclosures are suitable for areas where ignitable concentrations of flammable gases, vapours, liquids and dusts can exist under normal operating conditions. They are also suitable for indoor and outdoor areas where dampness and highly-corrosive atmospheres are present, such as in refineries, water treatment, food processing, coating, salt, and chemical facilities.

Sierra offers UL approved custom cabinets for gas detection. The company has been certified as an Industrial Control Panel (ICP) manufacturer. The Industrial Control Panel program allows manufacturers who custom build or mass produce ICP's to apply a National Recognized Laboratory (NRTL) listing mark at their factories to panels that comply with the appropriate requirements. As a certified ICP this certification allows Sierra Monitor to produce and label their control panels as UL 508A compliant pan els designed to protect personnel from fire and shock hazards.

Schroff® now provides a line of affordable assemble-to-order cabinets to meet the specific requirements of individual customer applications. The Service Plus Program gives customers a cabinet based on standard Schroff catalogue items, configured per the customers' needs without the need for any additional design engineering services or assembly costs. Through the program, customers select from the extensive range of Schroff's standard components which include doors, side and top covers, various internal mounting equipment and accessories such as power strips, shelves and equipment side rails. The selected components are then assembled in "bolt together" design into any of the full size Eurorack cabinets or mid-size Minirack cabinets.

The Optipanel is an enclosure solution for Human Machine Interface (HMI) industrial applications where smaller, lightweight control display panels are required. With its flat device, the unit offers easy installation of operator units and can be customized to meet equipment specifications. The Optipanel features extruded aluminum housing and front frame, die-cast zinc protective corners and flexible gasketing trim. When a proper front panel is installed, the Optipanel design is NEMA 12/IP65 rated. This operator panel housing is available in three depths, including 50mm, 100mm and 150mm. Retaining clamps provide the flexibility to install a variety of standard operator interface display panels. Installation depths for a keyboard housing are 50mm or 100mm.

These watertight hubs safely connect rigid conduit or IMC to the threadless openings of a wide range of electrical enclosures that house electrical controls, instruments and other equipment. Engineered for use with indoors or outdoors electrical systems, the hubs have an integral O-ring to provide a long-lasting watertight seal (NEMA 4X) to protect against corrosion, windblown dust and rain, splashing water and hose directed water. Smooth, accurately tapped threads and a fast wrenching profile yield provide easy installation. To prevent wire abrasion, the hubs feature an insulated throat that is rated to 105°C. UL listed and CSA certified, the hubs have corrosion-resistant metallic construction to ensure mechanical protection.

The 920i indicator/controller is designed for multi-scale, data acquisition, batching and industrial automation applications. A new deep enclosure option is now available. In addition to the desktop, panel mount, wall mount and universal enclosures, the deep enclosure provides the extra space needed for a variety of option card requirements and has room for up to four option cards - space for additional A/D, memory, digital I/O and much more. The deep enclosure can be used for up to eight scale displays that can include individual scales and any combination of totalized scales.

Precision digital panel meter enclosures for Trident meters are offered in plastic, NEMA 4 steel, and NEMA 4X stainless steel designs that house from one to six meters each. Gaumer manufactures control panels which are custom designed for systems that are used in petrochemical plants, pulp & paper plants, plastics manufacturing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, textile manufacturing and more. The customized panels are engineered according to customer usage and can meet the most demanding specifications. Most configurations are available in NEMA 12, 4 and 7. Control panels may be remotely mounted in a non-hazardous area or can be designed for Class I, Division I, Group B, C, and D environments.

Rittal offers a complete line of TopTherm air conditioners for electronic enclosures used in industrial or IT environments. Constructed with carefully separated and well-insulated internal and external cooling chambers, the air conditioners keep the inside enclosure temperature at a constant, desired level, independent of ambient conditions. Other features include remote diagnostics and optimized air routing for cooling efficiency. With cooling capacities from 1,000 to 13,600 BTUs, the air conditioners are offered in two controller versions -- Basic and Comfort -- for maximum security in control and monitoring. The Comfort version features a master/slave control for up to 10 units to monitor and control critical temperature rises in complex systems.

The Premier Series line enclosures are available in opaque, hinged cover models with pull latches or screw covers, as well as clear hinged models with screw covers or link lock latches. New junction box enclosure models are also available. Slim Line series junction boxes carry a NEMA 4X rating. New pushbutton enclosures for 22 or 30mm size pushbuttons feature lift-off covers with 1 to 7 pushbutton cutouts. 30mm multi-hole units are also available with 4, 6, 9, 12, 16, 29 or 25 cutouts. JIC series enclosures are in opaque lift-off cover models with four screws; opaque, hinged covers with two screws; opaque hinged covers with quick release latches; hinged covers with link-lock latches and windows; and hinged covers with quick-release latches and windows. New 3R or 4X control series units are also available. Carbon steel, fiberglass, stainless steel and aluminum subpanels, as well as a line of accessories are also available.
