The SV1000SS stainless steel spray valve provides a finely controlled spray for low-to-medium-viscosity fluids and coatings. Transfer efficiency is maintained by a dual air-control system provided by the SVC100 spray valve controller. A piston-activated needle opens the material inlet under low pressure; a secondary pressure source forces air around the nozzle to produce a controlled spray. At the end of the operation, the needle closes but the secondary air remains on momentarily to clean the outlet nozzle of any material residue and provide a positive cut-off. These features ensure that a consistent and repeatable area is covered and maintained throughout the coating operation. Wetted parts are stainless steel for low maintenance and chemical resistance.

The In-Sight 5100C colour vision sensor is designed to perform a wide range of colour inspection tasks in a number of major industries. The efector dualis inspection sensor monitors a variety of error-proofing applications to provide 100% inspection testing throughout the assembly automation process. Through contour evaluation, the sensor monitors applications such as missing part, good part/ bad part, correct orientation, and right part/wrong part to detect component defects. The compact sensor is used with an infrared light source to provide pass/fail indication. The light source illuminates the component and the sensor evaluates its silhouette. The detected contour is then compared with the correct preset contour. If the contours match, the component is released for further assembly processes. If the contours do not match, the process is stopped and an LED indicates the fault.
