The ERGO1000-SRJ-PWPL-EX incorporates an electrically enclosed and spark-free power drive, as well as power lift and lower for moving drums quickly and efficiently. It is designed to move all types of steel, plastic and fiber drums in hazardous work areas around plants, warehouses and laboratories. Weight capacities up to 1000 pounds are available. Fifteen Ergo-Matic® self-contained drum handling models are offered. Specifically designed for use on newspapers, magazines and other printed media, the SCATEC-J sensor can also be used in industrial applications involving lap or shingle stream edge counting. The sensor is designed to count multi-coloured, thicker printed items such as magazines, books and full newspapers with a colour range from black to glossy white, even when bright/dark transitions are close to the edge.

A new industrial system that destroys air entrained VOC's, including odourous emission uses only electricity. This 3rd generation "Non Thermal Plasma" (NTP) technology incorporates a patent pending high energy electrical NTP field which activates air with integral catalysts that results in the conversion of VOC emissions in air to H20 and CO2. This technology will treat VOC's and odourous compounds in air vented or emitted by waste handling, sewage treatment, food, meat processing, paint fumes, printed circuit board and other general VOC emissions. This system can treat air volumes from 50 to over 1,000,000 cfm using only a mo dest amount of electricity.

The Pac 3000 and Pac 5000 single gas detectors monitor ambient air and alert the user to dangerous concentrations of CO, H2S, or low O2. Once activated, these lightweight, small but rugged monitors operate for two years maintenance free during which time the sensors do not need replacing or calibration. Both series of instruments feature simple, two-button operation and an infrared interface makes configuration and calibration easy. In the Pac 5000 units, a communication module offers optional downloading of the event data-logger (60 events can be stored) using PC software. The display continuously shows current concentration levels in large numbers. During an alarm or at the push of a button, the display becomes backlit.

This new portable, pre-engineered router trimming and knife deflashing solution is designed specifically for the plastics industry. The RoboTrim™ RT-400 system is a portable trimming system that can be used by thermoformers, injection moulders, blow moulders and rotational moulders. It features a servo-controlled table that has the ability to rotate this part as the robot is trimming. This allows each side of the part to be trimmed in a very compact work cell. These switches feature wiping contacts, a leaf spring mechanism and a flame retardant glass-filled nylon housing and plunger for rugged, reliable operation in heavy-duty applications such as industrial machinery, material handling, packaging and automation. The 390 series is just 28.8mm x 20.4mm x 10mm and is rated for operation at up to 25 Amps, 250 VAC. They are available with optional plunger, plain lever or roller lever actuators, and are UL listed, CSA and ENEC approved.

Designed with maintenance-free stainless steel cabinet and components, the three-stage ALMCO model RCWR-72E rotary-design washer with a 6-foot diameter turntable can accommodate up to 2,500 pounds of parts, loaded from a 3x6 foot opening at the front of the unit. Parts are spray-cleaned by a solution coming from adjustable nozzles at the top, sides and bottom of the cabinet. Water rinse from the nozzles precedes automatic moisture blow-off prior to part removal.
