It features a transmitter error percent calculation function and can interpret calibration results without a calculator for improved productivity. Additionally, the Fluke 726 can store up to eight calibration results, enabling later analysis of field data.

The ball check valves are designed to permit gases and liquids to flow in only one direction, preventing process flow from reversing in highly corrosive or ultra pure processes.

The EVP proportional valve series provides control of air or gas flow, and varies the output flow based on the current input to the solenoid. Consistent gain provides a high degree of control for many applications. The valve may be controlled using DC current, open- or closed-loop control and PWM (pulse width modulation) to cover a broad range of applications.

The single wavelength PRO 50 series is a non-contact temperature measuring system with fiber optics that is used for inaccessible targets and hostile environments. The temperature monitoring limits of this system are 65-2500°C. It consists of a sensor with the fiber optic front end and a remote 1/4 DIN display. The sensor uses a small fiber optic cable that consists of a bundle of infrared fibers in a sealed stainless steel sheathing to view the target while the sensor is mounted in a remote or more convenient location.

It offers non-invasive and accurate flow readings for flow ranges 0.04 to 8m/sec. 554GPM to 2100 LPM. The easy-to-install flow transducers mount directly to a variety of pipe materials such as stainless steel, cast iron, PVC, copper and concrete with diameters of 12.7mm to 114.3mm. Set-up is simple using the 15-key tactile keypad. A seven digit LCD indicates flow rate in user programmable units.

The TH8 line of 8-inch Temperature/Humidity Chart Recorders and the KT8 line of K-Thermocouple Remote Sensing 8-inch Chart Recorders have a number of added design features for durability and practicality in industrial settings -- from high quality metal components, to smaller footprint designs, to larger charts for readability, and more. The Wahl 32 pocket process calibrator/meter has been designed to simplify maintenance operations and installation of sensors and transmitters using process signals such as 4-20mA or 0-10V. It has a graphic interface that makes for easy programming and reading, an accuracy of 0.015% of reading and the resolution displayed is adjustable from a tenth to a thousandth of the value measured. The Emission function can generate simple or cyclic ramps with adjustable high and low levels and rising and falling times and stabilization time. The Wahl 32 can also generate steps and fixed values in order to check span and linearity of transmitters, panel meters and recorders.

The EZ-mix®VR variable ratio meter, mix and dispense system is a piston-based, software-driven, positive displacement system that provides accurate mixing without changing gears or other time-consuming mechanical adjustments. Featuring 0.1 ml repeatability, users can achieve variable ratio dispensing in 1/100th increments from 1:1 to 20:1 through the keypad, and there is no pulsation or other delectable change in dispensing during changeover. The unit is ideally suited for finely adjusting ratios to meet specific two-part fluid requirements such as the proper durometer or recipe, users can easily enter, store and modify their process parameters.

DTIC Dispensing Technologies

The Series SD 1/32 DIN panel mount size single display PID temperature controller has been enhanced by the addition of an optional countdown timer that supports timed temperature/process control, as well as on/off timing for a variety of external devices such as pumps, fans and lamps. In applications with timed system functions, integration of the timer and the PID controller may reduce the customer's overall system complexity by eliminating the need to purchase two separate components. The Series SD's set point can be programmed to control at the timer set point value during the timing period, and then revert to the static set point value when the count down time has elapsed.
