PRESSURE TRANSDUCERS
with amplified outputs

Designed to withstand vibration and shock, OMEGA's PX209 (cable style) and PX219 (connector style) transducers deliver consistent accuracy in small, stainless steel cases with either 0 to 5 Vdc, 0 to 10 Vdc, or 4 to 20 mA outputs. A four-active-arm bridge sensor accounts for their high performance, employing a micro-machined diffused silicon diaphragm, proprietary thin-film media, and dielectric isolation barriers. Additional proprietary technology affords temperature compensation from 20 to 80°C. Wetted parts are impervious to most fluids and gases.

THIN-FINGER WIRE DUCT
available in white and gray

AutomationDirect now offers the T1E series thin-finger wire duct for applications requiring compact wiring. Available in white or gray in sizes ranging from 1.00 x 1.50 inches to 4.00 x 4.00 inches, the T1E series is made of rigid PVC and carries a UL 94V-0 flammability rating. The narrow thin-finger design is compatible with thinner screwless terminal blocks. The rounded, burr-free edges will not slice installer' hands or wire insulation, and the restricted slot design retains wires for fast, easy wire installation or removal. The duct is scored with two break lines, one for fast break-off and removal of sidewall finger segments only, and another for removal of sidewall finger and base segments.

RIGID COUPLINGS
with precision honed bores

Ruland precision hones the bores on all of its rigid couplings with straight bores. Applications that require strict control of shaft alignment benefit greatly from honing, which assures both bores are collinear. The collinear bores even allow the coupling to be used as a shaft alignment mechanism. Honing also corrects any residual distortions caused by stresses introduced during the manufacturing process, resulting in a round, precisely sized bore. Ruland rigid couplings are offered in one- or two-piece styles in aluminum, black oxide carbon steel, and stainless steel with bore sizes from 1/8" to 2" in the inch series and 3 mm to 50 mm in the metric series. The couplings are available with or without keyways.

ENCLOSURES
resist corrosion

Due to the incredible demand from process based industries requiring corrosion resistant enclosures, Hammond has significantly increased its offering of stainless steel products. The Eclipse Series has been expanded by over 20 sizes including both 304 and 316 stainless steel models. The Eclipse features modern aesthetics, a flange lip design and an easy to open/close door design. Several other series of stainless steel enclosures have also seen an extension in the size offerings. In addition, Hammond has added significantly to its Non-Metallic product offering which also serves corrosion resistant applications.
