NON-METALLIC ENCLOSURE
for extreme outdoor use

Stahlin non-metallic fiberglass enclosures are used to protect controls on machines. They can survive against impact, abrasion, UV degradation and temperature extremes indicative of the outdoor environment. The enclosures provide maximized corrosion protection against UV, salt and diverse chemicals that exist in industries such as wastewater, chemical, food processing and instrumentation. The enclosures also provide a superior strength to weight ratio, insulating properties, flame retardancy, impact and temperature resistance.

CABINET PLATFORM
can be customized

The 20,000 series 19" cabinet is designed to be customized to individual customer requirements. It uses design-for-manufacturing methods to enable each customer to select x-axis, y-axis and z-axis dimensions according to the intended application. The product platform employs a welded steel construction using interlocking components that eliminate the need for manufacturing jigs. For electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), the cabinet platform can be modified easily to meet multiple levels of attenuation.

ENCLOSURES
protect against high pressure hosedown

Rittal's line of enclosures has been designed to meet the rigid protective requirements of the IP69K rating which protects against the ingress of dust and against the harmful effects of high pressure jet steam cleaning. Among the enclosures receiving the IP69K rating are the Premium Panel, KL Premium Line and AE line extension to include the new AE IP69K. These enclosures are suitable for industries such as food and beverage, pharmaceutical, car wash, vehicle control boxes and offshore petrochemical where high-pressure washdowns are required and elevated water/solvent temperatures are typical.

AIR/AIR HEAT EXCHANGER
provides cooling, protection

The Top Therm air/air heat exchanger for enclosures is designed to provide cooling and environmental protection. It is ideal for industrial enclosures requiring internal cabinet cooling using ambient air. The exchanger is UL recognized and provides protection against the penetration of dust particles, humidity and dirt. It can be mounted on the inside or outside of the enclosure. The slim design allows for easy external mounting on the door, rear panel and side panels.
