"ARC-POWER 15" timing belts and pulleys feature an "arc" shaped state-of-the-art timing belt design (with and without tracking guide). It is available in open ended, welded and endless (homogeneous- no splice) with steel or stainless steel tension members. ARC-POWER 15 technology reduces vibration due to the unique friction reduced meshing of timing belt and pulleys. Its self-tracking technology further eliminates noise due to the continuous air release feature and absence of pulley flange friction. The technology also permits quiet and vibration-free operation with flat idlers and tensioners running on the toothed side of the timing belt. The polyurethane timing belts are available in open ended, welded and endless design and come in BATK 15 and BAT 15 (with and without tracking guide).

Panel Mount Oil Impregnated Bronze Bearings for mounting shafts in metal panels provide an option when designing side frames and bearing support brackets. Heavy plate can be replaced with thin (0.40" or 1 mm) sheet metal and line bored holes replaced by punched or drilled holes. The bearings are easily installed by inserting them into punched or drilled holes and applying parallel installation forces. Inch and metric dimensions are provided and a wide variety of bearings are available in 303 passivated stainless steel with maximum panel hardness of 70 on the Rockwell B scale (with optional zinc plated 1144 carbon steel retainer materials requiring a maximum panel hardness of 65 B).
