The Rousseau multi-drawer cabinet, available in a choice of 12 different colours, features an eye-catching look, a full-width ergonomic handle, a choice of one hundred drawer sizes and different bank sizes -- e.g. one bank of 60" wide drawers with two banks of 30" wide drawers; or one bank of 60" wide drawers with one bank of 24" wide drawers, and another bank of 36" wide drawers. A variety of drawer accessories, such as partitions, dividers, plastic bins, etc. are also available. The HHP series of heat exchanger unit heaters is designed for rugged industrial applications in steam, hot water, glycol or other fluid circulating heating systems. The series is designed for pressures and temperatures up to 450 psi and 550°F respectively in single-pass and multi-pass core configurations. The HHP series includes 12 models to choose from for greater versatility during heater selection. The heater capacities are supported by the HTFS™ ACOL thermal performance analysis hardware. AutomationDirect has introduced two new communications modules for the DL05/DL06 micro PLC family. The D0-DCM module adds two serial ports to any DL05 or DL06 PLC, using RS-232 or RS422/485 (only Modbus supports RS485) data interfaces at baud rates up to 115.2 Kbps. Port 1 supports MODBUS RTU, DirectNET, and K-Sequence slave protocols; Port 2 can also operate as a DirectNET or MODBUS master, The F0-CP128 CoProcessor module offers three serial communication ports that are configurable using the module's full BASIC programming capability. The module features a 100MHz clock speed, RS-232 or RS485 data interface options, and baud rates up to 512 Kbps. Either module can be installed in the option slot of the DL05 or in any of the four option slots available on the DL-6 PLC models.

The new patented proRUNNER systems provide molders with fast start-ups and ease of operation and performance. Manufactured to exacting ISO9001:
2000 standards, the new proRUNNER nozzle design consists of four completely interchangeable components that include a nozzle body, gate body, flange and heater. A thermocouple and a set screw used to lock the flange in position to the nozzle body complete the nozzle assembly. The patented front mounted nozzle design provides in-mould, in-machine access for easy removal and maintenance -- suitable for plastic processors. Built from standard or to custom configurations, proRUNNER systems are configurable up to 128 drops featuring Hot Tip, Sprue Gate and Multi Tip Edge Gate technology. Nozzle sizes currently process material up to 50g shot weight per part and can process a range of engineered resins including 45% glass filled nylon and TPE.

The Konstant pushback rack delivers a combination of storage density and selectivity for fast-moving palletloads of product. It allows the user to maximize storage space by eliminating aisles. The pushback rack consists of standard pallet frames in which lanes run from front to back. The lanes are two to six palletloads deep. Each lane contains two I-beam tracks that are set at a gentle slope going upward from the pickface. The rack is designed and built to minimize the force required by lift trucks to push back what can amount to several loads at a time.

Continental Fan's APX panel fan is available in diameters from 12" through 78", with capacities ranging to 100,000 CFM. It has an adjustable pitch impeller. A deep drawn venturi allows for pressure development. Fan blades are available in either pressure cast aluminum or glass reinforced polypropylene (GRP).

Sprint Electric's 340XRi, 680XRi and 1229XRi DC drives offer a solution to four quadrant regenerative drive applications. Using little panel space and mounting on standard DIN rail, these compact drives are designed for use with motors up to 1.8kW, 2Hp. The drives are able to regenerate energy back into the mains supply under braking without the need for complex intermediate storage, resistive dumping or additional power bridges. With four-quadrant operation, the torque can be reversed very gently or almost instantly, as required.

MDA Controls Inc.

Ideal for cleaning smaller castings off-line using one operator, the Wheelabrator® rotary mesh table machine's compact design allows for easy and quick installation without costly foundations. Castings are loaded onto a 20-inch wide manganese wire mesh table and rotated through the blast on a 48-inch pass height, exposing parts to top and bottom-mounted blast wheels. The rotary mesh table machine has a 3/8 thick, manganese steel blast chamber and multiple vestibule seals for abrasive containment.

Heli-Tube® PTFE Spiral Wrap is an expandable wiring harness suitable for bundling, and protecting wires, cables, and tubing in laboratory and harsh environments. Highly flexible for use with automated equipment or to bend around consoles and benches, this abrasion-resistant PTFE wrap is chemically inert non-flammable and operates over a ­450°F to 500°F range. Easy to apply without tools, the PTFE spiral wrap comes in 10 sizes ranging from 1/16" to 1 1/2" O.D. and is a UL recognized component. It is ideal for use as a chafe-guard to protect wiring and tubing that is routed through a chassis or a drilled hole and might rub against metal edges.
