The SPD Series DIN Rail mount devices with a wide range of output wattages and voltages provide various choices for low power electrical or electronic devices. The power supplies feature compact dimensions, several output power ratings from 5 to 240 watts and universal 90-265 VAC or 120-370 VDC supply voltages. They also feature diagnostic LEDs for alerting the user of when the output voltage is ready for use and in the event the output voltage is too low. All models also offer a potentiometer for fine tuning the DC output voltage.

The PVM 100 portable vibration meter, which includes a readout in metric units, measures equipment vibration in terms of acceleration, velocity and displacement. Simply attach the accelerometer, press one button to select acceleration, velocity and displacement, and hold it down to freeze the Metric or English output on the large digital display. Plant managers who need to further pinpoint a noise source can plug headphones into the top-mounted jack. The lightweight PVM100 comes with a convenient carrying case to keep all accessories close at hand. Included with the PVM are a 784A accelerometer, a six-foot cable, a PT2 probe tip, a B3 Magnetic Mount and an SF6 mounting stud. The cable connects the 784A accelerometer to the input BNC connector.

Wilcoxon Research

The H4-ECOM100 Ethernet communication module for DirectLOGIC DL405 PLCs can be inserted into any I/O slot of any local DL405 base to implement master/slave Ethernet communication at 10 or 100 Mbit data rates. Supporting industry standard MODBUS TCP/IP Client/Server protocol, in addition to standard IP and IPX protocols, the module responds to connected MODBUS TCP/IP clients and can be configured to actively issue MODBUS commands to other nodes or devices on the network. The H4-ECOM100 can be configured to serve as an email client to send specified messages to email addresses. The module ships with NetEdit3 software to configure ECOM modules for networking and PLC-to-PLC communications.

Harmful solvents are completely eliminated by the use of aqueous cleaning solutions that utilize hot water up to 195 degrees and a special industrial detergent. Available in 110 and 220 volt options and can be wired to meet international standards. The 1/2" thick Polyethylene base makes it more energy efficient than steel cabinets. Abanaki announced an improved version of its Chiperator® Chip and Coolant Separation System that features redundant back-up pressure-relief valves, corrosion-resistant sump basket, a non-clog valve, and optional wheeled spill-catcher. The air-driven Chiperator vacuums cutting fluids loaded with chips out of machine tool sumps into a 55-gallon drum, filters the chips from the coolant, and then returns clean coolant to the machine sump. The whole operation takes less than two minutes.

The portable Ultratorch® model UT-40SiH is designed specifically for applications needing flameless heat including heat shrink tubing, terminating specialty connectors, spot drying and repairing vinyl. This butane powered, self-igniting unit, with a 1/4" pinpoint heat tip, 1/2" diameter shrink attachment and protecting plastic cap, is suitable for field service kits and repairs. A convenient slide switch system provides quick ignition. An adjustable temperature control lever provides flameless heat settings up to 650°C.

The Migatron series RPS-409A-IS ultrasonic sensor is for use in hazardous locations. This intrinsically safe sensor can detect presence, proximity, level control, volume and distance measuring in explosive and hazardous locations. It can cover ranges from 4 inches up to 18 feet, depending on the model. This unit needs no setup adjustments or calibration. The unit has a linear output of volts per inch. The RPS-409A-IS is designed to take advantage of today's PLC and computer analog input cards. The analog card chosen will determine the resolution of the system.

The Duralite III is made of a lightweight nylon housing that is impact resistant and weighs only 1.1 kg. This lightweight unit is used by workers using a telescopic pole or first man up systems. It is one of the only Type 1 units that is serviceable. The unit will not lock up when the worker is traveling to or from the anchor. The Duralite III employs Dyneema polyester webbing because it is more durable and also cut-resistant. The load indicator is built right into the snap hook so the worker can quickly see if the unit requires servicing. A swiveling anchor prevents the webbing from twisting and tangling.

BRECOflex Esband® flat belts come with both a seamless carcass and seamless surfaces. Customized flat belts can be tailored specifically to individual application requirements. A variety of different carcasses and coating materials are available. Truly endless flat belts are especially developed for high performance drive and conveying applications such as power transmissions, perpendicular (right angle) drives, crossed belt drives for running direction change, serpentine drives as well as spindle drives. Barrel Loaders are available for 1/10 gallon and 12 oz. Cartridges. A piston is inserted into the syringe before loading and the syringe is connected to the syringe docking connector ready for fill. As the syringe is filled from the needle end, the piston travels ahead as the material enters the syringe, resulting in an air-free fill. Barrel loaders are available in either manual version or for connection to automatic dispensers for precision time loading. The model DSP501A dispenser controller is recommended to complete an automatic load system.
