Aurora Tools has introduced a complete line of quality lubricating equipment. The new line includes manual and air-operated barrel pumps, grease guns and accessories, and grease fitting tools. The guns are available in lever or pistol style. Grease guns of the Standard Duty Series are designed for general lubrication and daily maintenance work. Those of the Heavy-Duty Series are designed for demanding day-in and day-out heavy industrial applications.

The Duralite III self-retracting lifeline is made of a lightweight nylon housing that is impact resistant and weighs only 1.1 kg. This lightweight unit is a favorite of workers using a telescopic pole or first man up systems. It is one of the only Type I units that is serviceable. The unit will not lock up when the worker is traveling to or from the anchor. The Duralite III employs Dyneema polyester webbing because it is more durable and also cut-resistant. The load indicator is built right into the snap hook so that the worker can quickly see if the unit requires servicing. A swiveling anchor prevents the webbing from twisting and tangling.

North Safety Products

Designed for industrial or laboratory users needing an air pressure meter operable with one hand, the new HHP-2000 Series manometers can withstand continual heavy use in humid environments. The rugged, water-resistant case has a NEMA 4 (IP65) rating, while the high-contrast LCD with backlight stays visible in virtually all applications. Within the series, four differential pressure models are available with ranges from 0 to 10 to 0 to 2,185 in H2O. Differential models can be used to measure gauge or vacuum by venting the low or the high port to atmosphere respectively.

Martin's Fractional Horsepower (FHP) Sheaves are available in AK and BK sizes in both single and double groove designs, and as either Board-to-Size or MST® bushed. MST® "H" Bushings to suit bushed style FHP are stocked in either inch or millimeter finished bores. A complete line of Variable Pitch (VP) Sheaves is now also in stock. The product can be used as a high temperature protective wrap on idler rolls that come into direct contact with non-silicone adhesives in the converting process. The product unwinds smoothly and easily, and removes cleanly without leaving adhesive residue. Combilifts' Electric GT series features an electric-powered engine and hydrostatic drive which allows this side-loader to be used in very narrow aisles both indoors and outdoors. The GT series can be customized to offer the desired platform length and can work in aisles as narrow as 50". Two standard models offer a range of platform options, capacities from 6,000 to 10,000 lbs range and lift heights to 327. A key option on the 4-wheel steer electric GT is an optical guiding system, which eliminates the need to install mechanical guide rails for operation within narrow aisles. Optical cameras mounted on the truck monitor a tape bonded in the centre of the aisle floor to enable automatic steering.

The SJE Series swivel casters feature zero offset for added stability and safety and are designed for building and refitting scaffolds. They are available in three models. Flexible Steel Lacing Company

The "C" Series Anti-Backlash Nuts or Compression Style Anti-Backlash Nuts are designed to eliminate the clearance between the threads of the nut and the threads of the leadscrew. The "C" style nut eliminates backlash by pushing the two nuts away from each other. The compression spring, which rests on the front nut, applies a force to the ring which transfers the force to the rear nut. This action forces the rear nut away from the front nut, removing the backlash between the two nuts. The nut design compensates for wear while eliminating lock-up issues common when traversing from worn areas to unworn areas of the screw.
