Hydroscan is introducing a redesigned manually operated cutting machine. The MiniCut 5-50 is designed for smaller workshops and service vans. There are three different motors to choose from -- 12V, 230V single phase, and 230/400/460V 3 phase. There is a retractable guard to cover the cutting blade when not in use, which makes the MiniCut a safe machine. It is prepared with a smoke evacuation connection. The unit is suitable for braided hoses up to 2" and multi-spiral up to 1 1/4".

The DIB01CM Series current monitoring relay features an 8 amp Form C contact output. The built-in current transformer, with 12mm through-hole, provides a means to save panel space and reduce wiring time. New LeviChain is a magnetic Energy Chain System® in which the cable carrier operates suspended in a magnetic force field to virtually eliminate abrasion and noise. It is well-suited for clean rooms, medical engineering, measurement engineering, painting plants, industrial robots, electronics, material handling and linear motors. Iron content is integrated into the Energy Chain which is placed between two attracting magnetic rails. The magnets pull on the iron in the cable carrier causing it to float within the field of attraction.

The INFRATEK Model 23 digital battery analyser provides wide measurement ranges simultaneously for both DC voltage and resistance in less than a second. With a unique electronic design, model 23 provides excellent repeatability which is necessary in the evaluation of stationary and storage batteries. You can store up to 500 DC voltage/battery resistance readings using model 23 which can be later downloaded to a computer for further analysis. There are only three front panel controls.

The new Maximatic® product line of pneumatic valves, FRL's and components feature maximum performance. Maximatic® 3-way, 4-way, single and double solenoid, 3-way and 4-way air piloted valves are available in many sizes and variations for a wide range of applications. They are available in sizes from #10-32 to 1/2" and pressure ranges from 0 to 150 psig, depending on the valve and model. The FRL's are rated at 150 psig maximum input pressure and are available with port sizes from #10-32 to 1" with standard flow or high flow rates. Several variations are offered that include stacking filter/regulators, plus bowl and drain options.

Ruland has expanded its line of shaft collars to include double wide versions. These shaft collars, which can also be used as a compact rigid coupling, are offered in one-piece or two-piece clamp styles from high strength aluminum, lead-free black oxide carbon steel, and stainless steel. Available bores range from 1/8" (3mm) to 1" (25mm). Double wide shaft collars are able to sustain higher axial and torsional loads than standard versions because they have additional cap screws to apply pressure to the shaft, and due to the greater shaft surface contact afforded by their extended length. This makes them particularly suitable as mechanical stops or on split hubs when a single collar does not provide sufficient strength.

Rotor Clip heavy-duty retaining ring pliers are designed to perform with excessive use. The pliers are made from forged Chrome Vanadium steel and the handles have a non-slip plastic coating. They feature inserted tips of high density drawn spring wire and a precise, smooth operating screw joint. Large contact faces on the tips help to eliminate distortion of the ring and the slim head style allows for use in confined spaces.

The VD510 is a diaphragm valve designed for precise flow control of low to medium viscosity materials (under 10,000 cps). Using the stroke adjustment knob, shot sizes can be fine tuned.
