The full-featured "dockable" GasBadge® Pro single gas monitor features an electrochemical hydrogen sensor option. This option will provide an ideal personal monitor to detect hydrogen in the range of 0-2,000 parts per million (PPM) in power plants, steel mills, refineries or other areas where low level hydrogen leaks may exist. The GasBadge Pro can be quickly adapted with interchangeable "smart" sensors. It can monitor unsafe levels of oxygen or any one of the following additional toxic gases: ammonia, carbon monoxide, chlorine, chlorine dioxide, hydrogen cyanide, hydrogen sulfide, nitrogen dioxide, phosphine and sulfur dioxide.

They are able to program and store up to 100 combinations of all dispense control parameters including piston displacement, flow rate, rpm, forward, reverse, quick-prime & suck back. The new TSI touch screen interface adds programming of up to 16 pumps simultaneously. The V300 stroke rate controller is now available for precision control of all FMI V-Series variable speed metering pumps. Front panel membrane switches offer convenient manual setting of pump stroke rates adjustable in 0.1% increments. Stroke rate can also be controlled electronically by an interface which can accept 4- 20mA, 0-5VDC and 0-10 VDC input signals typically provided by process sensors and instrumentation.

BOC Edwards has been approved by CSA as having met the applicable CSA and ANSI/UL safety standards for its EXT turbomolecular vacuum pumps. The approval covers BOC Edwards' EXT70, EXT70H, EXT75DX, EXT 255H, EXT255DX and EXTPX turbo pumps, all split-flow turbo pumps and all EXDC controllers. Thomas & Betts has expanded its range of T&B® Fittings Silver Grip® TCF® Series Tray/Cord Fittings to include aluminum fittings up to two inches and 316 stainless steel fittings to one inch. They offer a safe way to terminate portable cord and tray cables in hazardous locations. Hub sizes range from one-half inch NPT to two inches NPT in aluminum, and from one-half inch NPT to one inch NPT in 316 stainless steel. The fittings are designed for use in Class I, Gas and Vapor environments.

The Moyno® Vertical Pump is ideal for a variety of applications in which space is at a premium. Its compact, vertical, close-coupled design easily fits in confined areas and can be flange mounted to closed tanks or affixed to mounting beams above open tanks. With its inlet submerged, the pump pulls fluid from the bottom of the storage vessel and discharges it out of the surface for further processing. The vertical pump is suitable for low NPSH applications such as: heavy crude oil transfer, skim oil sumps at oil refineries, digested sludge and wet pits in municipal wastewater treatment, pigments for paints and dyes, filling and emptying holding tanks.

The series SGC valves offer an extremely high coefficient of volume flow (Cv) up to 18.3 with operating pressure ranging from 72 psi to 232 psi and comes in both air and electrical operated versions. Wright Pump offers the 316 stainless steel TRA® 20 Circumferential Piston pump series designed to handle paints and coatings throughout the painting process including new material storage, mixing, thinning, straining and packaging. The twin-blade Wright 808 non-galling alloy rotors on a one-piece, solid stainless steel shaft extends life and provides efficiency with low shear. The series' powder-coated iron gear case houses a more efficient helical gear design that provides quieter operation. The TRA®20 series' clean design reduces downtime for cleaning between batches. The fully-swept pumping chamber affords Clean-In-Place (CIP) characteristics and the clearances allow steam cleaning.

Wright Pump

A new line of NPT valves and fittings is designed for safe and easy plumbing and made of high tensile 316 stainless steel. These new pipe connection valves are offered in both two-way straight and two-way angle body configurations. Sizes for the valves include 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4" and 1". Fittings are available as elbows, tees and crosses to accommodate either 10,000 or 15,000 psi and all the NPT tubing connection sizes listed above. New couplings, caps, line filters, check valves, safety heads and rupture discs for NPT connections are also available.

The industrial Hydra-Cell C64 industrial diaphragm valve features a sealless, flow-through design that provides pressure as high as 2500 psi (172 bar) with flow up to 40 gpm (151 lpm). The C64 is suitable for applications requiring high pressure pumping of dirty fluids. The valve features heavy-duty industrial construction and immediate response. The Bray/McCannalok Series 40 high performance butterfly valves pass fire test with zero leakage. The S41 lug-style butterfly valve with a RPTFE/Silicon energized seat and Inconel 718 secondary seat is designed for high pressure, high and low temperature applications. This line offers bi-directional, bubble-tight shut off with Class 150, 300 or 600 pressure ratings in wafer and lug style bodies sized from 2 1/2"­54". This line of double ferrule instrumentation grade tube fittings provides leak-proof and torque-free seals at all tubing connections. The tube fitting line reduces the chance of hazardous leaks in instrumentation, process, pneumatic, hydraulic, gas and other tubing systems. It consists of the nut, the back ferrule, the front ferrule and the body, and when installed becomes a five-piece connection with the addition of the tubing providing a solid leak-free joint. The two ferrules are tightly swaged around the tube and the lack of initial strain on the tubing ensures no tubing wall damage. Leaks are prevented because there is an axial movement along the tube instead of a rotary motion creating the joint. This axial movement prevents torque from being transmitted from the fitting to the tubing.

The Mercoid MPC Pump Controller provides versatile level control in a standard 1/4 DIN package. Designed for use with almost any style level transmitter, the unit displays the present level and main set point value. Incorporated in the MPC is programmable level differential for on/off control of one or two pumps, valves and other devices through two SPDT relays. Also featured are two additional programmable alarm contacts with front alarm light indication. The MPC is flexible and incorporates a user-friendly programming menu. The front face meets NEMA 4X for outdoor panel mounting.

Cyclonaire Pinch Diverter Valves are built for construction-free flow of dry materials conveyed under pressure in dilute, semi-dense, and dense phase pneumatic systems. They can direct material to two different destinations or be set up to combine material flows from two different sources. Each valve can be adapted for its application and configured to a specific angle of divergence or convergence. They handle convey pressures up to 85 psig and may be furnished with flanged, plain or grooved pipe connections with integral pressure switches that indicate flow direction. The valves are offered in diameters of 2 to 12 inches. Standard features control air filter/ regulator, two solenoids, and double-walled construction.

FLO Components has introduced a wide variety of hydraulic operated pumps which work well in any weather conditions for heavy industry, mining and construction applications. Developed for use with a 120-pound drum, model 85427 offers a manual override solenoid valve for initiating a manual lubrication cycle at the pump. Model 85586 is a heavy-duty pump that utilizes a 400-pound drum and features chrome-plated components to withstand the most severe conditions. Also designed for use with a 400-pound drum, model 85610 is recommended for low-temperature applications to ­60°F. Model 85520 features a 120-pound grease reservoir to provide longer maintenance intervals. All new models are designed to work as part of a Lincoln Centro-Matic® Lubrication System. FlowMaster pumps perform well in cold or hot weather conditions and with high viscosity grease.
