INSPECTION SENSORS

The new Checker 200 series inspection sensors are small, smart, simple and powerful enough to solve challenging sensing applications and deliver reliable inspection results. They are ideal for food, beverage, and consumer product package inspection and automotive and electronics part inspection. The Checker 200 series inspection sensors offer built-in lighting, variable working distance, and high-speed inspection capability at rates faster than 6000 parts per minute. Even on the fastest production lines, Checker can inspect multiple part features and deliver reliable, precisely timed, pass/fail results. All Checker 200 series inspection sensors have a rugged IP67 housing and quick disconnect cables, as well as encoder-based part tracking, I/O and high-speed USB connectivity.

BRASS FLOW SWITCH

The heavy-duty Q-5 brass flow switch and the Q-5SS in 316 stainless steel are designed for high volume fluid flow - including environmental air scrubbers and ground clean up operations. The sturdy Q-5 with NEMA 4 cover performs reliably in municipal water supply systems, sewage treatment plants and large-scale irrigation systems. The Q-5 is adaptable to a wide range of pipe sizes and flow rate set points using variable shaft lengths and targets. In the field, set points can be adjusted and targets can be changed. The Q-5SS is designed for mildly corrosive chemicals, oils and acids with its wetted parts of stainless steel and Viton. Both Q-5s use a 15 amp SPDT switch or can be fitted with a "dry" circuit SPDT Gold Cross bar switch for computers. Installation can be vertical or horizontal.

Master Bond EP21TP-2 is a very strong two component polysulfide/epoxy based formulation developed for high performance bonding, sealing, potting and encapsulation. It has unique optical characteristics as well, and transmits light over a wide wavelength range, including the infra-red spectrum. It has an index of refraction of 1.58. EP21TP-2 bonds exceptionally well to metals, glass, ceramics, wood, vulcanized rubbers and many plastics and readily develops a high bonding strength of more than 3000 psi at room temperature. It produces durable high strength and tough, flexible bonds which are resistant to thermal cycling and chemicals including water, oil, fuel and most organic solvents. EP21TP-2 can be applied without sagging or dripping even on vertical surfaces.
