TEMPERATURE DATALOGGER

OMEGA's OM-CP-TEMP 1000FP is a rugged, waterproof, portable, battery-powered, stand-alone high temperature recorder and is easy to use. This all-in-one compact device records up to 32,767 measurements at ­40°C to 150°C temperature range. The datalogger is ideal for use in harsh environments. Its real-time clock ensures that all data is date and time stamped. Retrieve data simply by plugging the logger into the COM port of a computer. OMEGA's easy-to-use software does the rest, converting the computer into a real-time strip chart recorder. Data can be printed in a graphical and tabular format or exported to a text or Microsoft Excel file. If the battery becomes discharged, the logger's non-volatile memory will retain the data until the battery is replaced.

The iT230 vibration transmitter features a 4-20 mA displacement output signal with a maximum full scale output available of 100 mils. It is ideal for online monitoring of machinery case vibrations. The iT230 makes it possible to mount a velocity sensor, such as Wilcoxon's 793V or 797V, to the bearing case and obtain machine vibration information in terms of displacement. It converts vibration sensor signals to a proportional 4-20 mA output for use in existing PLC/DCS networks. Raw velocity data is also available from a BNC connector on the front of the DIN-rail mounted module for use with portable vibration analyzers. The key advantage of the iT230 is in eliminating the need for a proximity probe to measure displacement.

The TK430-IR Industrial Troubleshooting Kit is a convenient portable system which addresses all the electrical testing needs for installation and repair of electrical systems, HVAC equipment and large appliances. It comes complete with an EX430 True RMS autoranging digital multimeter, an MA200 400A AC clamp meter, a 42510 mini InfraRed (IR) thermometer, a 40130 non-contact voltage detector, a set of CAT III-1000V test leads, a Type K thermocouple bead probe, a Type K banana input adaptor, a multimeter hanging strap and batteries.

The TV200 pocket full-func tioned vibration meter provides True RMS vibration velocity measurements from 0.1 mm/sec to 199.9 mm/sec with an accuracy of +/-5%. It measures over a frequency of 10 Hz to 1 kHz. The meter holds tested value for 40 seconds. It is powered by two button batteries, auto-shut-off after 40 seconds to preserve battery life. The meter comes complete with leather sheath, batteries and instructions.
