RIDGID® industrial two-stage wet/dry vacuums are designed specifically for clean up of heavy debris and liquids. Two models are available, offering a 14-gallon (model no. RV2400A) and 16-gallon (model no. RV2600B) drum. A three-layer pleated filter has a large surface area for increased motor efficiency and long life. The two models convert to a blower, with 150 mph blowing velocity. Both models feature a polypropylene drum, which is impact and corrosion resistant, as well as a durable two-layer ProHose that is 10-feet long. The Microgage Laser Alignment System for use in manufacturing plants and production facilities consists of a small compact laser transmitter that forms a very straight reference line over 150 feet long. A small digital reader picks up the laser beam and a handheld display shows the position of the reader to within 3 microns. Plastalloy high-energy magnets are used to mask ferrous parts prior to powder coating. The easily applied and removed magnets can be used 30-40 times, eliminating the purchase of many rolls of masking tape. The magnets are applied before the parts are coated and removed afterwards but before curing, so they can be cleaned with a blow-off nozzle on a compressed air line. The double magnets can be bent, twisted and flexed without the loss of magnetic energy. Lead-free Plastalloy™ is RoHS and EN71 compliant, making it suitable for environmentally sensitive applications.

The EZ-8000 automatic carousel tape dispenser eliminates fumbling with rolls of tape or manual dispensers. It cuts tape at the touch of a button, placing cut pieces on its turntable for easy removal by either single or multiple operators. Most any tape or film with adhesive backing can be used with the device. The dispenser will cut tape into 9mm to 61mm lengths. Tape widths from 3mm to 25mm can be accommodated. Any core size can be used because the unit does not have a bobbin.

The Vibracon Adjustable Chock is a self-leveling, height-adjustable and re-usable chock which is used for mounting all types of rotating or critically aligned machinery. It comes in different models and sizes. Vibracon mounts are mechanically stiff elements that make accurate mounting simple and quick. The absence of curing time, as with epoxy resin chocks, eliminates the trial and error alignment process characteristics for the "mill and shim" method and adjustability during the life cycle of machinery. All Vibracon elements include the spherical top plate and mating middle section. This self-leveling configuration accommodates the angular differences that are inherent with the mounting surfaces.

A new series of 104 small square and round vibration isolators are designed for vibration and noise isolation within computers, business machines or any instrument with rotating and reciprocating movement. The maximum compression loads for these units, identified as the V10Z 1 and V10Z 2 Series, range from 2.2 kg to 149.7 kg. The maximum shear load for this series range from 1.2 kg to 63.5 kg. All units are made of natural rubber and range in diameter from 9.5m to 69.9mm and in length from 7.7mm to 32mm. Zinc plated steel fasteners, ranging in length from 5.6mm to 23mm, are bonded to the main isolator section.
