The new SOLO™ process/temperature controller line features 22 models which offer flexibility and simplicity. Available in four standard DIN sizes (1/4, 1/8, 1/16, and 1/32), each unit is equipped with a dual four-digit, seven-segment display, useful for process variable and setpoint display. Each model offers dual output control, making it ideal for heating and cooling processes. Output configurations are available in various combinations of mechanical relays, pulse outputs and voltage or current outputs. The built-in autotune function with PID control feature allows for fast and easy setups.

It features the optional DustGuard™, an integrated dust-suppression system that minimizes side broom dust and maximizes sweep path and productivity with a full 77 inches of dust controlled sweeping. The comfortable operator command compartment includes an ergonomic, adjustable automotive-style seat, One-Touch™ sweeping, Clear-View™ navigation, and a hopper safety support arm controlled from the compartment. Outside safety features include an impact-absorbing body structure, interlocking service covers so the engine is inaccessible while the operator is seated, and large comfortable ride tires.
