SERVO DRIVES
DigiFlex® digital servo drives have received UL approval which will facilitate conformance testing and certification for machine and system integrators. These universal servo drives are deployed in motion control applications that require high performance and extensive flexibility. All DigiFlex® digital servo drives can operate brushed and brushless servomotors, and support encoder or resolver feedback. A +/-10V command reference signal can be used to control either torque or velocity. ACTUATOR
The GL-N actuator is proven rigid, precise and is also an upgrade and direct replacement to the original Type GL. Using not one, but two caged ball type LM guides (the Type SSR and the Type SHS), the Type GL-N has no metal-to-metal contact. Caged Technology noise levels have been reduced by up to 15 dBA. The Caged Technology employs a synthetic resin cage with a patented curvature that cradles each ball and separates it from the next. MOTOR CONTROLLERS
The RHS Series soft start/stop motor controllers are available in two sizes with basic rotary or advanced push button controls. Motor control capacities range from 1.5HP at 2220VAC to 40HP at 600VAC. The soft start/stop enables the starting and stopping of 3-phase asynchronous motors with a simple three-wire connection to the motor. It also provides improved starting conditions by suppressing in-rush current during motor starting. This is done by gradually increasing the torque from a user preset level to a 100 percent level. CABLE CARRIER
New LeviChain is a magnetic Energy Chain System® in which the cable carrier operates suspended in a magnetic force field to virtually eliminate abrasion and noise. It is well suited to clean rooms, medical engineering, measurement engineering, painting plants, industrial robots, electronics, material handling and linear motors. Iron content is integrated with the Energy Chain which is placed between two attracting magnetic rails. The magnets pull on the iron in the cable carrier causing it to float within the field of attraction. LINEAR SLIDES
The RGSW and RGSWX Series linear slides provide linear motion performance to engineers in demanding industries such as packaging, assembly, medical and life sciences, semiconductor manufacturing, and factory automation. Their patented design allows higher linear speeds without critical speed concerns. Both series include direct sensor mounting systems and the RGSWX slides with direct motor mounting can accept NEMA-frame motors without any modifications or additional fabrication. I/O MODULES

VALVE POSITION SENSORS
The Series F31 Valve Position Sensors are just 1.25 in. tall and mount directly to the top plate of any standard pneumatic actuator with just two screws for highly accurate position indication. They feature two electronic switching points integrated into one compact housing, and integral LEDs for quick visual status indication and diagnostics. Additionally, electronic switch contacts facilitate network communication and provide for direct control of a solenoid valve. F31 valve position sensors are engineered to ensure proper, adjustment-free sensing range at all times. MOTOR FEEDBACK SYSTEM
The VFS 60 Motor Feedback System consists of hollow shaft encoders which mount to asynchronous motors and deliver from 1 to 10,000 ppr in an industry-standard 60mm housing. The heart of the VFS 60 is rooted in new "F" technology which features a unique nickel code disc to provide more robust operation and tolerance to temperatures as high as 100°C. VFS 60 encoders are IP65 rated and are available with a TTL or HTL interface. MOTION CONTROLLER
The RMC150E CPU module works with Delta's RMC100 Series I/O modules and is programmed using the company's new RMCTools software for ease-of-use for fluid power and electric servo motion control applications. POSITION TRANSMITTERS
The HIS/R 750 Series of hermetically sealed, loop-powered 4-20mA position transmitters are designed for a wide range of position monitoring and feedback applications. LINEAR ACTUATORS
Haydon's Size 11 hybrid linear actuators are now available with an integrated connector. Offered alone or with a harness assembly, this connector is RoHS compliant and features a positive latch in order for high connection integrity. The connector is rated up to 3 amps and the mating connector will handle a range of wire gauges from 22 to 28. The motor is ideal for those with space constraints or that want to plug in directly to pre-existing harnesses.
