Serco Master Control Panels integrate operations for dock levelers, vehicle restraints, inflatable dock shelters, the overhead door and other dock equipment such as safety gates into a single control box. Controls can even be interlocked so that each piece of dock equipment can be activated in a predetermined sequence to simplify operations, improve efficiency and prevent injury and damage. For example, controls can be interlocked such that the vehicle restraint must be engaged before the dock leveler can be operated, preventing entry into an unsecured truck.

The ASGCO SAFE-GUARD line that works on CEMA B, C, and D series idlers up to 7" in diameter, has now been expanded to include CEMA E & F return rollers. The transverse support of the new heavy duty SAFE-GUARD is angled to provide a more robust design that prevents bending and is sized to fit over CEMA E & F return roller brackets. The new Grace Employee Monitor (GEM) solves the problem of employees working alone or in a remote area. The system employs a small battery operated alarm unit that is worn by the employee. This device detects lack of motion so that if a worker stops moving he/she is given a pre-alert for eight seconds and then the alarm device emits a low audio alarm and sends a radio signal back to the receiver (up to 1/2 mi. line of sight). The receiver uses LEDs or a liquid crystal display to indicate which worker is in trouble. It also provides a local audio/ verbal warning at the receiver and has a relay contact that can activate local or remote alarms. A telephone dialer can be activated to call off site.
