Ritemp™ provides uniform and efficient mold temperature control by replacing conventional cooling circuits with sealed "cooling chambers" that completely envelope the mold's working surfaces. These chambers are partially filled with a suitable liquid and all the air is removed, leaving only the liquid and its vapor. When heat from the plastic molding reaches the surfaces of the cooling chambers, the liquid boils and evaporates, removing heat from the moldings very efficiently. The shaping of the chambers ensures a very uniform temperature distribution. Excess heat is transferred, by condensation, at compact proprietary heat exchangers built into the cooling chambers. The Ritemp™ Temperature Controller calls for coolant flow through these heat exchangers only when it is needed and the flow rate needed is a small fraction of that required by a normal mold. Because air is not allowed inside the Ritemp™ cooling chambers, cooling system corrosion cannot occur.

The Q4C is a multi-channel controller display and alarm unit that utilizes digital communications to interface with a maximum of four remote digital QEL transmitter/sensors. These are used to measure a wide variety of toxic gases, refrigerants, and combustibles. The RS-485 communication is connected via a 4-wire multidrop daisy chain configuration. Alarm setpoints are set through the front keypad or through QEL supplied software that is downloaded to the controller from a PC or laptop computer. Common relay configurations include voting, averaging, delay on actuation and de-actuation, normally or not-normally energized and latching. The audible alarm has three buzzer settings, continu ous, intermittent and double-tap intermittent.

The air gun uses a large 3/8 NPT compressed air inlet to increase the airflow available to the Super Air Nozzle. A variety of the models use different engineered Super Air Nozzles, giving the user a choice of flow, air pattern and force that ranges from 13 ounces to 3.3 pounds. I&J Fisnar gantry robots are heavy duty machines suitable for integrating with two-part fluid metering and mixing systems. The I&J9000 series are Cartesian gantry designs selected for a conveyor fed process or when it is desirable that the robot movement is above the work, such as in a spray application. A remote meter and mixing head unit can be mounted on the robot's z-axis arm, which is capable of carrying up to 7Kgms running at 1000mm/sec. The gantry robots are capable of storing up to 100 programs of 3000 points per program. Repeatability of 20 microns and resolution of 10 microns make the unit suitable for very fine dispensing operations in addition to larger applications of up to 800mm x 600mm.
