Leister's medium-output Weldplast S2 plastic extrusion welder is designed to bridge the gap between their low-output Weldmax and the high-output Weldplast S4 and EC4 models. Weldplast S2 uses either 3- or 4-mm welding rod, which is conveniently fed into the extrusion section of the welder area at one or two points around the barrel. It provides output of up to 2.5 kg/hour. The exclusive rod feed design minimizes excessive twisting of the welding rod during feeding, which reduces "bird nesting" and stoppages. As a result of its compact ergonomic design, Weldplast 2 is especially suited for plastic welding in tight spaces.

The LVU800 Series general-purpose 2-wire ultrasonic transmitter with NEMA 4X enclosure, provides non-contact level measurement up to 10m and is ideally suited for challenging ultra pure, corrosive or waste liquids. Eurovac introduces a line of portable and central high volume/low vacuum welding fume extraction arms and high volume/low vacuum separators with cartridge filters and compressed air pulse jet cleaning. Extech's 42515-T Wide-Range InfraRed Thermometer with Type K input and added Bonus TP200 pipe clamp allows for instant, accurate readings. Storing up to 20 readings, and capable of measuring both non-contact and contact temperature, the thermometer is suitable for HVAC/R applications. The thermometer delivers a wide temperature range for InfraRed measurements from ­50 to 800°C as well as the Type K thermocouple measurements from ­50 to 1370°C. Emissivity is manually adjustable, and the bright backlit LCD display provides easy-to-read measurements and programming parameters. Also included in an adjustable high/low alarm to alert the user visually and audibly when temper ature exceeds programmed limits.

Micro Plastics' product line of X-mas Tree Type Fasteners has now been expanded to include over 50 new standard sizes, with eight special item clips. In addition, a metric line of over 20 sizes is also now available. These uniquely designed fastening snap-in clips feature a unique ribbed shank that ensures fast and easy installation. Galil's RIO-47100 remote I/O controller allows you to easily add I/O on an Ethernet network. It contains a RISC processor enabling it to handle I/O logic and execute programs at high speeds. The RIO-47100 uses Galil's two-letter command language which means both the motion controller and I/O controller are programmed in the same, easy-to-use language. The 10/100Base-T Ethernet port allows high speed communication either as a standalone product or for communication with a Galil Ethernet controller such as the DMG40x0.

The I&J4000-LF bench top dispensing robots are manufactured in accordance with RoHS requirements. Programming is simply carried out by a teach-pendant using dispensing software that walks the user through step-by-step instructions to create a sophisticated dispensing program in minutes. Resolution is 20 microns and interpolation is in all axes. The series has been engineered to accept a tool weight of up to 5kg and a worktable load of 10kg, making a system tough enough for a wide range of automated dispensing applications.
