PRESSURE TRANSDUCERS

The Model PX409 High Accuracy Pressure Transducers offer superior pe rformance in a small 0.75" diameter package. The micromachine silicon sensor delivers accuracy and stability. The silicon sensor is protected by a stainless steel diaphragm which transfers pressure to the sensor by a thin film of silicon oil. The PX409 is ruggedized with a minimum of 4x overpressure protection and secondary containment rated to an even higher pressure. Custom specifications for accuracy, temperature performance, units, fittings, and ranges are available. These models are suitable for industrial, automation, test, automotive, and aerospace applications. The 316SS construction and high accuracy make the PX409 suitable for many oil and gas product applications. It is excellent for calibration and test applications in the oil industry.

COATING THICKNESS GAUGE

The PosiTector 200 ultrasonic coating thickness gauge conforms with SSPC-PA-9 Standard: Measurement of Dry Coating Thickness on Cementitious Substrates Using Ultrasonic Gauges. The PosiTector 200 is available with either standard or advanced features and a choice of two measuring ranges. New features include extended range probes, large impact-resistant Lexan® displays, IP5X ingress protection and protective rubber holster.

Reelcraft now offers a non-corrosive fluid path option on many of their popular reels including Series RT, 5000, 7000, and 9000. These new reels feature non-corrosive fluid paths designed for corrosive materials. These reels are rigid enough to withstand industrial applications. With a special cleaning and lubrication process, these reels may also be suitable for drinking water and breathing air. The structural reinforcements reduce weight while maintaining structural integrity.
